First Cycle! Would love recommendations!

So I picked up some Test Prop and Tren ace. I have been training for 2 years and I'm OBSESSED. I take it very seriously and I would love for you guys to help educate me as I have done research myself. I am 6 ft, 228 lbs and am currently cutting. Everyone at my gym at Bev Francis powerhouse gym says I'd be ridiculous if I went on gear, considering my size already.

I would like to know how my doses should be with the Tren ace and Test Prop. I was also given clen, butI feel that might be unnecessary.

I would like to do the Tren for about 6-8 weeks with test prop for 10 weeks. I am looking for a normal to weak dose of these with seeing some good gains, but less harsh sides (considering the short time period of Tren) Does anyone have any recommendations for the post cycle therapy (pct), when to start it etc. Thanks so much in advance for the help, as I would like to do this the safest way possible.
 
Some questions first.....what are you doing this cycle for? Too gain more muscle? Too lean out? And your diet is spot on?
 
thanks for the quick reply miss muscle! cutting, and gaining some more mass if possible- diet is pretty much spot on, low carb high protein, 21 years old

Focus on doing one thing.....either bulking or cutting. That of course will depend on your diet.

When doing a first cycle it is a MUST that you only do one compound. The reason being is because you want to know exactly how your body reacts to that specific compound. If you do more than one than how will you know what is doing what?

Do the test first....that is a good start for a first cycle. PCT.....clomid or nolvadex and some like aromasin on and after a cycle.

I think you should spend some time browsing through this section first and the come back with a more solid gameplan. Your questions are broad....it's easier to help you if we just have to "tweak" things instead of planning out your whole cycle. It also lets us know you are ready for this.

Some more background on yourself would be good as well.....goals, age, time training, diet, etc.
 
Goals- Lose fat, would love to add muscle/increase strength. My diet consists of lean protein 6 meals a day, some complex carbs, cardio a.m weight training p.m. So you think I should just run the test first? Thanks so much for the info btw it means a lot to me. I know your saying focus on bulking and cutting but I was 250 lbs in Dec 09 and I'm 228 and could of possibly even gained muscle while cutting. I'm still kind of the same size. I feel like my genetics are very good for this sport and its a great lifestyle to me, and I would like do to anything to push my limits! So just the Test Prop to see how my body reacts? if it reacts good, can/should I add the tren?
 
Ahh, I see your from Canada- Have you heard of Antoine Vaillant? im a huge fan, hes a young bodybuilder with huge potential!
 
I have head of Antoinne...I hope he keeps his pleasing physique and does not start to get the gross gut so many pros have.

I have heard he's actually quite cocky though....could just be getbig gossip but I lol'd.

So what have you decided to do then?
 
I wouldn't do either. You're a big kid, but you got an easy 35lbs of fat to lose til you're where I would suggest a cycle. Even then, at your height, i could get you back up to 228lbs a hellava lot leaner than you are now (I'm guessing 20%+). The reason you feel like your the same size, is because you prolly are. You dropped 22lbs, like i said, you got a good ways to go. Starting a cycle of steroids IMO shouldn't be done if you're over 15%BF. Unless you've got a shitload of muscle on you underneath it already, as it will be easier to burn it off. Unfortunately you don't at this point.

Don't take offense to this either. This is just a true assessment cause I will typically say what others won't. You gotta good frame to build from, but you need to knock that fat off of you first, otherwise you risk getting even fatter once you start doing any drugs.
