First Cycle

Hey fellas, been doing a bit of reading around here lately and though I'd post up a thread.

I'm 5 feet 8 inches tall and am doing my first cycle purely for size. I'm already happy with my strength (relative to my size), although no doubt that will increase dramatically too.

I've been lifting for probably 6 years on and off (some extensive overseas holidays set things back a little), and in that time have gained a total of around 20-25kg at different stages. (eg I gained around 10kg bulking at one stage, was overseas for 5 months and was back to square one when I got home). I've got from my lowest point of around 128lbs (thanks to some glandular fever) to my current ~165lbs and counting (still bulking at the moment, and wont try a cycle till I put on a bit more weight, maybe 175lbs. ). My strength has increased greatly, I've gone from around 100lb deadlift to my current 375lbs, 45lb squat to 275lbs, and my bench from around 20lbs when I very first started to 155lbs comfortably for reps (haven't ever tried a max bench).

Got some test enanthate and d-bol on the way, and the guy said he's gonna throw in some sustanon 250, too (how much I'm not sure). I was planning on doing 400-500mg test enanthate a week for 8 weeks, with 20-25mg of d-bol a day for the first four weeks.

This is only my first cycle, and many people seem to advocate a test e ONLY cycle first up, while some others seem to think stacking a few things in is the way to, as you'll see greater gains. I'm sure there's plenty of merit to both sides of the argument, but is it worth using up the sustanon 250 this guy is going to chuck in, or should I say that for a rainy day?

Also, any recommendations on natural supplements I should be taking whilst cycling? Multivitamins are a given I guess, milk thistle for my liver (while using orals especially), glucosamine for my joints to cope with the extra weight....anything else?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT : My bad; just realised I posted this in the wrong forum section. If a moderator would be so kind as to move it, that would be great.

For a first cycle thats too much. Test E alone is enough plus u want to see how ur body can handle the sides. Also 10 weeks instead of 15. And fish oil instead of glucosamine and Liv52 instead of milk thistle. Y can u only bench 155lbs after all that training doesnt make sense. All of ur lifts dont make sense. Do u have a medical problem or just not enough dedication? Not being a dick at all just trying to figure out whats up. IMO u dont need gear yet u r far from needing it.:scratchhe

Sorry if my post was a little confusing bro.

I intend to cycle for only 8 weeks, plus post cycle therapy (pct). Considering test e and dbol, but also open to the idea of just test e alone.

I don't intend on doing steroids JUST yet, I'm just trying to figure out what do to do, how much etc.. when I do try them.

What doesn't make sense about my lifts? Bench has been a weak point so thats something I'm working on, and I'll admit it's not yet where it should be compared to my other lifts. I have longer arms so naturally deadlifts are my strongest point (another mistake, my max deadlift is now 396 lbs). No medical problems that I know of, and dedication is far from an issue. Definitely diet has been a bit of a let down for me at times over the years though.

Just seems strange like something u r doing is wrong is all i meant. For instance im 6'3 so i know about the long arms, but in my first year i went from benching 95 to maxing 225. I know everyone is different but maybe u should change something up or research diet and routine. but yea for a first timer test e is 10 weeks. Comb through the threads on this site and ask questions. i guarantee u that u will get farther than just jumping into gear.

Are you serious?

I could understand a 100lb deadlift.

But a 45lb squat and 20lb bench press is where you started.:scratchhe

I have seen anomalies, but nothing like these.

Are you shi**ing us? :xmas:

Well that bench was way back when I was about 13 and tried my very first bench press ever! And that squat was back probably 7 or 8 years ago, the very first time I ever tried a squat. Needless to say I progressed from those meagre weights pretty quick, but I'm naturally not a real big dude.

I realise my bench is still a weak point, but as I said it's something I've been working on and improving. I almost bench my bodyweight for reps, squat 1.5x my bodyweight, deadlift ~2.5x my bodyweight, so I dunno about you guys, but I don't think I'm doing TOO badly. I've been lifting weights for probably 5 or 6 years, only really seriously for about 4-5 years, and only eating properly for probably a third of that time. Plus I've had plenty of on and off phases. Was overseas for 3 months last year, 5 months the year before, worked away without gym access for 5-6 months the year before, so I've really only done things in spurts.

Don't know if I've mentioned it yet but I'm 24 now.

In that case, good progress bro. Keep it up.

If doing test E you want to run longer than 8 weeks. The 6-8 week mark is when it really starts to kick and have consistant levels. You'll be basically coming off rite when it's at its peak. As said above, don't bother with Dbol, just use test to learn it. You should really just focus on having a consistant training routine and diet. When on test are you gonna have to go overseas shortley after coming off?

Not sure if you mentioned this or not so if you did i apologize but have you mapped out post cycle therapy (pct) and some support supps for on cycle? Probably gonna need some sort of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) plus i recommend some natty stuff as well like HCGenerate, Forma-stanzol and N2Guard. All have worked very well for me in the past.

Good luck

I hadn't mentioned this yet, but I'm getting some Nolvadex as well for PCT.

What sort of use-by date do steroids have? Can I keep them in my cupboard for a few months or do they need to be used within a few weeks?

Yeah yeah, 20lbs bench, 45lbs squat. I don't include the bar, but hey, I'm not here to measure dicks.

Thats light bro. The goal of your pct is to recover as quickly as possible and get your body back to homeostasis. nolva with aid with that yes, but you also need a few other things like the ones mentioned before to maximize and shorten recovery while maintaining as much muscle as possible. Dont under estimate the power of HCGenerate and Phytoserms.

Yeah I'm not so sure I can get hold of any HCG, otherwise I would have got some. I've read about quite a few people doing Nolva only post cycle therapy (pct); probably not the ideal way to go about it, but I guess you've gotta make do. Anyone tried this?

HCGenerate is not HCG....its an otc by NTBM that works really well to boost test and stimulate the leydig cells and should be included. Can also be use while on for a smoother transition.
