I am starting my first cycle after years of training, it is time. I will start 250mg Test-E a week for 10 weeks with a possible 3 week Clomid post cycle therapy (pct). I know that it is a light cycle to say the least but I want to wade into the pool before jumping in and finding out I cant swim. My questions are:
1. What gains should I expect (if any).
2. What are the chances of gyno I have heard of people who cycle without any anti-estrogen supps and no problem (i.e. the Arnie era lifters).
3. What about ED?
4. Does test effect lypolisis (fat loss) or does it just bulk.
My stats:
Height: 6ft
Weight: 252 (not over weight)
Bench: 405
Squat: 550
Diet: Good (except beer Friday)
