hello

Im new so just getting use to the site.
i am currently doing my first cycle of sus 250 and deca, i am doing 1ml of sus and half a ml of deca monday and thursday. I am just unsure when to start my pct and how much to take, n for how long, i have Nolvadex for my pct.

what are your stats? you need to do way more research than you have. your first cycle should have been test only not to mention there's a sticky on pct on the forum page that should have all your answers. If you get confused then you ask questions for others to explain.

If this is your first cycle you might want to run drop the deca and just run sus. If you insist on staying on deca you should keep some prami or caber on hand for the prolactin sides as well as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to control estro.

Some guys will tell you to run just test first cycle which is good but, gains made during first cycle are like no other. Deca isn't greatest choice because it has to be run for do long. Anavar (var) or Winstrol (winny) would be good if you want to stack. Both give nice quality gains.

I really believe all this stuff about prolactin sides is a bunch of overhyped BS. The guy is doing 250 mgs. of deca per week!

Sustenon and deca are ok for a first cycle but they both are very long acting so it takes a long time to taper out before your post cycle therapy (pct) can really work. For this reason it is best to use these closer to the start of the cycle and finish the cycle with short ester injectables or an oral.

Anyway, it will probably take about 3 weeks from your last shot before your post cycle therapy (pct) will be effective.

Dont forget to keep the Sustanon (sust) going for two weeks after you stop the deca.

Test only first cycles. And Sustanon (sust) is not the best for a first cycle. Test E or Test C.

I agree sus has longer ester then test e or c start post cycle therapy (pct) 3 weeks not 2

I don't understand how these members come on here saying they are half way through their cycle and don't know what to run for post cycle therapy (pct). So ignorant, I don't see how you regs put up with it.
