First DNP cycle/log Critique Needed!

After spending countless hours researching DNP, and reading all the horror and success stories, I have decided that I am gonna give it a go. I feel that if used properly, the pros outweigh the cons. The DNP I will be using for this cycle is 125mg pills from D-hackslaboratories. Please no comments such as "you're an idiot for taking dnp" etc.. My reason behind doing DNP is because I have a lead role in a film in which I will be shirtless in one scene, which will begin filming in 6 weeks. I will be checking my body temperature often throughout this cycle.


Stats:

weight: 155lbs

height: 5"8

bodyfat: 12%

Age: 20



Supplements I will be taking on the cycle:

- 1-2 gallons of water
-3 tbsp vegetable glycerin
-3g Taurine
-1200mg ALA
-V8 for electrolytes
-3g Pyruvate
-1260mg calcium
-2000mg milk thistle
-1000iu Vitamin E
-3g Vitamin C
-ECY stack (if tolerable) 3 doses of 25mg/200mg/5mg


The Diet:
-1500cal
-33%/33%/33% macro ratio.
mostly complex carbs, but will add a few servings of fruit.


Day 1: 125mg to assess tolerance.

Day 2-21: 250mg

Day 22-24: 375mg


As for the ecy stack, I am a bit unsure how to dose it. Is it dangerous to take all the Yohimbine hcl in one dose before fasted cardio? What is the safest way in doing an ecy stack while on DNP? ( I will assess tolerance before I take any ecy). Any critique is much appreciated! Assuming I stay glued 100% to the diet while lifting heavy 3x a week with some light cardio 2-3x a week, what should my bf% be around when the cycle is over?

Are you really that afraid of hard work. Fuck man, you don't need dnp or anything other than a good diet and exercise.
 
It's used to make explosives and pesticides in addition to being on the EPAs list of toxic environmental contaminants. This is the substance you want to take to lose some body fat.

It's your turn to use some logic to back your reasoning.
 
yes, but in proper dosing with the supplements of antioxidants and A LOT of water the poisoning is almost not an issue, as your body rids it out of the system completely within about 3 weeks. As for the "danger" of dnp, it has only been proven to be particularly dangerous in extremely high doses. The main cause of death from dnp is dehydration, which can easily be prevented.
 
will be complementing a good diet/hard work with the supplementation of dnp in moderate does, with a sufficient supply of vitamins/antioxidants/and most of all water.
 
Use it but not more then 200 mg u will get the results on that dose too and only use it for 20 days after that u will see that ur body is losing water on its own at that time do keep ur fluid supply up and consume more protein u will lose muscle on it, NOTE don't go above 200 mg seriously.

Main things u need is Vitamin E, C, Liv 52, ECA stack, Cystone, B-complex and Pineapple, Orange & a lot of water (no oats or sugar) only fruits.

good advice bro thanks, really appreciate it. My pills are 125mg so do you think 250mg a day every 12 hrs is pushing it?
 
Use 125 mg for first 4 days to see how ur body reacts if u find ur facing allergy try using Cetirizine to counter it up and continue it till the end 15 to 20 day is enough to run dnp, then after that bump it up to 250 mg (yes this is least u should run I did ran it upto 600 mg and oh man I was going brain dead cuz of the heat i feeling due the compound and trembling and sweating like oceans seriously I am not joking buddy, my recommendation is 200 mg but if have no option u can run it at 250 mg without any issue just use the necessary precautions that is to STOP immediately) yes the difference between the consumption of the pills should be of more then 12 hours.

I forgot to mention try to consume fiber veg's and fruits. Trust me u need them

If you have 6 weeks why not just run like some test prop and tren ace or anavar? Maybe some clen? Seems like instead of using a flyswatter to kill a fly youre dropping a bomb on it.

Please don't come on here and set a bad example for newbies that think its ok to stick dynamite in they're mouth to go from 150 to 130. As everyone said, DNP is dangerous as shit. Many of us take a lot of stuff but I know very few people that would touch that shit.
 
Dude you seriously need to think long and hard about what your doing to your body diet and exercise is the answer not dnp bro do you have any idea what that shit is made of used in explosives and fertilizer. Not here to judge by educate yourself about things your doing to your body the short term gain may cause more harm than good in the long run

Not everyone wants to be a bodybuilder mate. Brad Pitt was 6ft 155lbs at 6-7% bf in The Fighter, and girls went crazy over him. As for DNP, Im aware of the risks/dangers, but I am also wanting to gather all the info I can to do the cycle as effectively and safe as possible.
 
Let me tell u its better to use it once in a life but never use it again note that (I am not gonna use it again its expensive and dangerous and gives a lot muscle loss which i definitely hate the most during my contest prep) and 155 lbs oh man i didn't see that u weight only 70 kgs come on why would u use this is the first place for what reason are u using it to reduce more weight you know during the 20 days of cycle you will lose fat/water and muscle and it takes nearly a month to recover and even more u will become lazy hell lazy. U need to use AAS along with it to keep ur gains.

This is all the info i would give now. Don't be reckless work hard and u can even achieve 6-7% BF naturally man, if u keep ur diet and workout good.

Your on the wrong site then brother. This is called steroidology. None of us use ped's to be 6 foot 155lbs. Thats a joke.
