First ever cycle advice

I am 28 years old and been training for 11 years I have reach 190lbs but would like to gain 20-30 more lbs. I consume between 4000-4500 calories daily. I am looking to start my first cycle, any advice on what to use and good post cycle therapy (pct) would be great. All comments appreciated.
 
For your first cycle i would go with Test e or c for 12 weeks at 500mgs/wk Make sure you have adex also. This is what your cycle and pct should look like for a first cycle.

1-12 Test e or c 500mgs/wk (split into two injections a week 250mgs on monday and 250mgs on thursday)
1-12 adex .5 You can adex through your whole cycle or just keep the adex on hand and wait to see if you get sides. Most people run it through the whole cycle. Up to you.

Pct Clomid and Nolvadex
Start your pct 14 days after last pin
nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50
 
way to many calories, you will just get fat and bloated. if you want 20-30 of lean muscles its going to take some time and a longer cycle. or you can eat 4000 calories and get 20-30 no problem but it wont all be lean
 
Thanks, this looks a good cycle, does anyone think it would be worth including dbol at the beginning of this cycle with test for extra mass? Also what are people's opinions of dbol only cycles with post cycle therapy (pct) of nolvadex and clomid?

Never run an oral only cycle is the first thing people will tell you. Read the sticky on 'oral only cycles'.
Stick to what unknown21 laid out for you.

I would normally agree with you but i am an ectomorph so find it extremely difficult to gain weight or size. I used to intake 3000 calories a day and train 5 times a day with strict diet but really struggled to gain weight. In the last year I have increased to 4000+ and had better results. I have always used weight gainers and high protein diets but have recently plateaue. My body seems to burn calories super fast so I feel I need this amount of calories to gain any size and to be honest I don't mind gain so fat because I am almost to cut atm if I am honest so may look into a dbol cycle.

Age 28
Weight 190lbs
Height 6'1"
Chest 44in
Arms 16in
Waist 30in

I certainly dont claim to be an expert so someone else correct me if I am wrong but i believe that gains from test will be much greater and much more sustainable (assuming good diet and training) than those of an oral only cycle especially dbol ?
I m not trying to bash you mate just thinking out loud for some discussion ;-)
 
Why did u post a thread looking for advice if your not going to take what anybody said into consideration? For one, there is plenty of threads about this. That shows you didn't search. Your setting yourself up posting shit like this. New members should research before they start a thread. There are atleast ten threads a day like this with the same answers.
 
Test only will be plenty to start with bro. Bedt to run test first to find out how your body reacts. Test needs to be the base of ALL cycles. Good luck

Ok mate thanks for the input I was just get peeps opinions and I agree test is maybe way to go I just wanted peeps opinions on dbol, I think I am goin to go for a test e adrex nolvadex clomid cycle.
