First post here because I want to get right down to it.
I recently started my first cycle a few days ago. I have never cycled anything before. The only thing I have ever used was Creatine.
Please answer me the following questions honestly..........
1. Will Var give me better gains than Creatine alone?
2. Since I am a novice, how much of an effect will Var have on my performance in the gym?
3. When it comes to Vascularity, do you like what Var can give a lifter?
4. How many weeks should I cycle Var since this is my first time cycling?
I eat "Clean." I am in the gym 6 days per week working a different muscle group. I am using Var as a nice little stepping stone to help me out. I want to see an increase in strength and gain some size.
Will Var provide me this for me? Remember I am a novice, not a guy who has been lifting for years. I have never cycled anything in my life. I know some people say you should use Test but as of right now Var is all I have so I will have to make the best of it.
