First Ever Cycle! Newbie here but done my homework ;)

I know some might Cringe or already have low expectations because i am a newbie and have never had a Cyle before;
That said, i have done extensive research on what i want my first Cycle to be and the safest possible way i can think of. I have done a lot of research on the compounds i intend to use.
As i am a newbie to the game, please chime in if i have made any big errors on my Cycle plan and where it can be improved or scrapped.
Need Your Help with my Cycle Plan :)!

Stats:
29
5'7
159 lbs
bf-not 100% sure but in 10-15% range last time i had a mates Callipers handy. Slightly visible abs (My Callipers are on their way)
Working out 5 years on and off, last 2 years seriously. I have been on a break for a few months at this point.
Made decent gains naturally, but wanna get a kick start as get back into serious gym again.

Goals:
Looking to finally enter single digit body fat worthy of a stage ready badge :woohoo:
Looking to add atleast 5 or more Kg (11lbs) of Lean, Hard Mass. Think hugh Jackman in X-men Origins Wolverine Movie :swordfight:
Least possible bloat
Big 5x5 workouts fan so Strength improvements in Oly lifts are welcome ;).
Your advice or criticism is greatly appreciated.

Cycle:
week 1-12 teste @ 500mg (250mg mon-morn, 250mg thur-noon)
week 6-12 winny @ 40-50mg ed (20-25mg am & 20-25mg pm) why 20-25mg.. Because don't know if i will get 10mg or 25mg pills

week 1-12 Arimidex @ 0.50mg eod. Half of 1mg Tabs. Easy to prepare consistently
week 1-13 Hcg @ 500iu (250iu mon, 250iu thur) subq shot, same time as test

PCT:
week 14-16 100mg Clomid, 40mg Nolva ed
week 16-18 50mg Clomide, 20mg Nolva ed

Other sups:
week 6-18 Milk Thistle @ 1tab ed (got 90 pills )
will throw in some fish oil from week 6 if i got extra cash to spare

Diet:
Pretty much know what i am doing there:
Oats, eggs, Non flavoured WPI in my oats, and banana egg shakes.
Chicken breast, or pork steak with vegies for lunch and dinner.
Quinoa as my main source of Complex Carbs in my diet. The stuff is cheap over here in Asia
A side of cooked beans with most of my meals.
1 to 2 cheat meals in a week.

Questions:
I am not sure at all about the dosing of Winny.. just went with a round average of what i kept finding around on the net
Despite reading up a lot, i am still a newbie and have no real first hand experience so any advice or suggestions from those in the know is greatly appreciated :)!

I went through Nightmares pct calculator for pct and came up with this revision. (A great read by the way, thanks!)

PCT & HCG use

week 1-12 HCG @ 500iu (mon/thur/250iu/250iu )
week 12 onwards for 10 days HCG @ 1000iu ed
18 DAYS AFTER last pin in WEEK 12

Clomid ed
50/50/50/50
Nolva ed
40/40/20/20

About Winstrol
Looking to elicit a harder, more defined look with the least possible added water retention. Mainly have all the strength gain with a quality look as opposed to the androgen bulk. This is why i thought of Winny to finish off cycle. Anavar is too costly for me.

But i will drop it straight away if you insist. I am new to this, so i am not to be stubborn about what i think.
If so, is there any alternative aas, & or OTC supplements instead i can take with my Cycle that will give desired result or steer in that direction.

Read the post on Pct timing and decided to make this revision:

PCT & HCG

week 1-12 hcg @ 500iu (250iu mon, 250iu thur)
week 12 Onwards - 10 days of hcg @ 1000iu ed

18 Days After Cycle , 8 Days After last hcg injection

About Winny
About scraping it. I am a newbie so will do like wise if this is indeed totally just bad or wrong based on my goals.
i.e
- Really looking for a very lean bulk when i am done. Giving the body a more cut look is goal
- After a harder, more defined look without added water retention Wich i read was a Winny thing
- Also keen for the strength gains, without the androgen bulk even on less calories.

If it must be out.
Any advice of OTC supplements i can take during or post cycle to with similar emphasis.

I would use Anavar over Winny. From what I have read Winny can have some pretty bad side effects. Anavar is great for leaning out, it's very non-liver toxic, and it comes in pill form. It's not cheap, but it works great.

If you are using Milk Thistle for liver support, it won't hurt, but I would use 1200mg of N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) a day for liver support. I'm not sure why you would start liver support in week 6, start it from the very beginning.

Also, not sure why you would wait until week 6 to take Omega 3's, take it from the start.
 
I agree, drop the winny... keep it nice and simple with just the Test, you'll get great results with T alone right now...
If you want to lean up you can tweak your diet to suit.
If you MUST add a 2nd compound... and won't take NO for an answer - then 30mg Anavar daily would work for the last 6 weeks...
If you go with Anavar, then get some Taurine for cramps and pumps.
I agree with this ^^^^ - NAC should definitely be taken from the start... 1200mg for just the Test, and then up it to 1800mg if you do add an oral to your cycle.

was gonna be cheap with the Omega 3s, but will be starting it from week 1, yes got Milk Thistle. Checking up on a NAC now. Good idea on the Anavar, thought about it too but way too expensive unfortunately.

I've never really bothered with Milk Thistle to be honest...
I know if I dose my NAC correctly I have no need for it.
 
your 160lbs at 15-17 percent bodyfat.. you think a cycle will get you stage ready?? are you planning on adding 25lbs while dropping to single digit bodyfat??

are you doing physique??

and if you understand dieting why are your stats the way they are??

you did your research but decided to put winny in your first cycle?

im seeing some red flags here
 
Agree with 3j. 160lbs and can just see abs??? But you know what you're doing with diet?? What did you weigh two yrs ago when you took training up seriously?

your Flaming without even properly reading whats up there.

My body fat is no where above 15%, let alone the 17% range you are putting up. Don't know where you read that at all.
My body fat is at that level because i have been away from training and concentrating on my diet for several months back to back. Add many nights out with the boys and you get the picture.

A Good read of my post will clearly tell you, i am not looking to compete or anything! i would be stupid to try and compete at 160lbs!! just looking for that clean cut look worthy of it. If you must split hairs, then i would specify its just physique, Aesthetics and more weight on my lifts that i am after. At 160lbs, i did 320lbs Squat, 220lbs Bench, 335.5lbs Deads, and Max 140lbs press. By far no where are these massive numbers i am sure compared to you or other bodybuilders, But i would'nt say i did crap with just my diet and no aas. Are my stats that bad to you?

Why winny, because i dont know as much as you or other more experienced people on here when it comes to aas. No matter how much research and reading any newbie does. He/she is still a newbie. Couple that with the amount of wrong advice on many steroid forums from other novices, and you understand why not just me but many people get it wrong especially if they RUSH it!.. Of course i have scrapped winny out, and now just doing a clean cycle with teste as only aas

This ^^ is why i am here and posted what i thought was a good idea up.

G'day!, Its not a competition here bro. I am here looking for knowledge and advice. I have been a friend to the iron for a long time. Have trained several mates using 5x5 styles and cleaned up a lot of friends diets. Its ok if you don't wanna take my word for it.
"You can just see abs" statement is just being modest. Some friends say i should be in single digit body fat the way my abs show. But i just carry a lot of water and fat naturally. Thats just my body type, if you know a few things about that, you will understand.
i could post pics up of my seriously training phase physique if thats what you want. But i don't really see the point.

In fact, I learned about dieting in your neck of the woods. lived in Australia, Perth for about 7 years mate

Just posted my own first cycle thread mate after doing a shit loading of reading, trawling and studying first.
Might be worth a look as it'd be fairly simply to copy the routine

Will be plenty powerful and if you train eat sleep proper you should see great results. Don't add another compound. Start slow and take the diet and training very serious and of course sleep! Good luck ps because maybe you missed diet training sleep! Makes all the difference on a cycle.

Good on you. Just don't get sucked into big doses of gear stacked with others for best results. Start modestly and focus on diet, training and sleep. Think long term for maximizing your potential as well simply being healthier physically and mentally. All the best to you!

agreed, body development is a marathon and you need to make sure you're able to finish. Hitting and quitting with steroids is a sure fire way to get back to where you started with less money than before
