I know some might Cringe or already have low expectations because i am a newbie and have never had a Cyle before;
That said, i have done extensive research on what i want my first Cycle to be and the safest possible way i can think of. I have done a lot of research on the compounds i intend to use.
As i am a newbie to the game, please chime in if i have made any big errors on my Cycle plan and where it can be improved or scrapped.

bf-not 100% sure but in 10-15% range last time i had a mates Callipers handy. Slightly visible abs (My Callipers are on their way)
Working out 5 years on and off, last 2 years seriously. I have been on a break for a few months at this point.
Made decent gains naturally, but wanna get a kick start as get back into serious gym again.
Goals:
Looking to finally enter single digit body fat worthy of a stage ready badge :woohoo:
Looking to add atleast 5 or more Kg (11lbs) of Lean, Hard Mass. Think hugh Jackman in X-men Origins Wolverine Movie :swordfight:
Least possible bloat
Big 5x5 workouts fan so Strength improvements in Oly lifts are welcome

Cycle:
week 1-12 teste @ 500mg (250mg mon-morn, 250mg thur-noon)
week 6-12 winny @ 40-50mg ed (20-25mg am & 20-25mg pm) why 20-25mg.. Because don't know if i will get 10mg or 25mg pills
week 1-12 Arimidex @ 0.50mg eod. Half of 1mg Tabs. Easy to prepare consistently
week 1-13 Hcg @ 500iu (250iu mon, 250iu thur) subq shot, same time as test
PCT:
week 14-16 100mg Clomid, 40mg Nolva ed
week 16-18 50mg Clomide, 20mg Nolva ed
Other sups:
week 6-18 Milk Thistle @ 1tab ed (got 90 pills )
will throw in some fish oil from week 6 if i got extra cash to spare
Diet:
Pretty much know what i am doing there:
Oats, eggs, Non flavoured WPI in my oats, and banana egg shakes.
Chicken breast, or pork steak with vegies for lunch and dinner.
Quinoa as my main source of Complex Carbs in my diet. The stuff is cheap over here in Asia
A side of cooked beans with most of my meals.
1 to 2 cheat meals in a week.
Questions:
I am not sure at all about the dosing of Winny.. just went with a round average of what i kept finding around on the net
Despite reading up a lot, i am still a newbie and have no real first hand experience so any advice or suggestions from those in the know is greatly appreciated
