First Ever Cycle Question - Test Prop

That's great for you, but the advice we are giving here is for the smartest, safest and most appropriate approach to a first cycle. A prop and tren cycle with ED pinning is a ridiculous suggestion for a myriad of reasons for anybody contemplating a first cycle.

This comment has no place here and is completely out of context for this tread. Bad bad advice!!
I've ran prop and tren cycles and pinned ED for 8 weeks. Not bad with a 25g pin.

I was not giving advice, I simply stated what I have done in the past with success. Works well for me for many reasons, one being that I can start PCT sooner than if I was using a longer ester test. Again...not sure what bad advice I gave since I didn't give ANY. I tell all newbies that their fist cycle should be 500mg of test e/c ew for 10 weeks.

I understand that, and what you stated below is true. But your statements are not in context with the tread. There are threads addressing the advantages of using shorter esters. However, this is not one of them. Your first comment could be misinterpreted by someone new as meaning-do the prop man, I did prop and tren for 8 weeks ED it's not that bad. You may say you'd have to be an idiot to think that, but someone new could take it that way.

This is a newbie, so why not give your newbie advice and avoid possible confusion?

Bro, the point I was driving at was the pinning frequency. I did not imply that pinning prop and tren ED for a first timer is a good idea.

If prop is all he has to work with, than he will obviously have to pin more often than if he was using test e or c. I agree that prop is not the ideal ester to use for a first cycle, but it can be done right if he pins at the correct times with the correct doses. Prop is stonger ml for ml compared to e or c. When I said I was pinning ED, I was just sighting an example that pinning ED or EOD is not that bad....especially if it's only for 8 weeks and if you are using a 25g or possibly a slin pin to get the job done.

To the OP, forgive me if you misunderstood my point. But, I never once suggested that you pin prop and tren ED for a first cycle...that would be so so wrong. I would never give advice like that. And as a matter of fact, I don't give advice to anyone that doesn't state all his/hers stats. On the boards that I run/admin, (IM, IJ, BOP), I have rules set in place that one can not ask for AAS advice without posting all stats. Been in the game for 15 years, I know better than that.

Hey Victor, I completely understand were you were going with your point. My concern was a possible misinterpretation on BLM20's part. Depending on one's level of knowledge and experience things can be interpreted differently.

And your on point about the stats. I just looked back and no one asked for them. However, it sounds like he's set on doing something either way.

I don't mind the ED or EOD pinning either. The only annoying thing right now is that I'm running prop and Winstrol (winny) ED and it would be nice if I could mix them and reduce the pinning by half, can't have everything I guess...

Why can't you mix them bro? If your Winstrol (winny) is water based, you can still mix the two in the same syringe. You may need something thicker than a 25g pin though for the Winstrol (winny). Or, you can take the Winstrol (winny) orally and just pin the prop. And that can be done with slin pin if you have the patience and a low enough bf% to pin deep into the muscle. IMHO! :) Again, pardon me for the misunderstanding bro. I should have been more specific.

/V

Yeah I could mix them but prop pain can be inconvenient enough without adding Winstrol (winny). I have no interest in purposefully increasing the pain. The second reason is that I prefer to pin bi's and tri's with Winstrol (winny). With the prop I stick to my glut's, delt's, lat's and quad's. As for taking the Winstrol (winny) orally I'm not convinced it's as effective as IM. And I use 25g everywhere except glutes. The Winstrol (winny) I have now is very micronized, and is fine with the 25g. The ED pinning is only the last 6 weeks of a 16 week test e and EQ cycle so it's not that bad.

I hear ya, I no longer use Winstrol (winny), but when I did...I didn't notice a difference in pinning and taking it orally. We all differ. I was going to suggest taking the prop EOD and taking the Winstrol (winny) orally ED, this way you pin less often....but if you feel more confident pinning the Winstrol (winny), so be it. I liked Winstrol (winny) back in the day, but it now prevents me from adding more plates to the bar and my joints ache to the point where I can not completely finish my proper work out. I also use 25s for the most part, but I use 23s for quads and glutes. :)

Yeah, after 10 plus years of racing motocross and doing jujitsu I know all about painful joints, lol.
I've never been able to take glucosamine or chondroitin because of allergies. However, there are two supplements that have worked very well for me. One is Type II collagen (with Hyaluronic Acid), the other is curcuman. You may have already tried them, but if you don't have personal experience with them I highly recommend at least giving them a try. The collagen I use is high quality and very pricey compared to glucosamine, but the stuff works, and I don't have to take it all the time.

I hear ya on the Winstrol (winny) too. I can still use it, but I'm more strategic with it now.

You guys would be happy to hear that im delaying this cycle as im in season for football.

Have thought deeply about the pinning pain etc. of prop and dont see it as the best idea to inject prop during football season (not being able to run because of pain in quads/glutes)

And who knows....Test C or E could be available to me by the end of season

Bro, not all prop does that yo you. The prop I use is painless and dosed at 108mg/ml. It's all about how it's made and who made it bro.

I had my fair share of motocross riding, I stay on the track now with liter bikes. Been riding Gixxer 1Ks now for the past 5 years...if I'm not on my bike, I'm in my Vette and I try to hit the track at least once a month. I also did a lot of MMA, now I only attend more and more Aikido classes...shit fascinates me when someone half my size (I'm 270) can toss me across the room like a rag doll. I'm an avid daily swimmer and my old swimming coach put me on some curcuman. It helped me in the pool, but not so much in the gym where heavy weight was involved. I take glucosamine and it does help me to a certain extent, but I have not tried this type II collagen (with hyaluronic acid) that you spoke of. I will be seeing my MD in 2 weeks and I will mention it to him. Do you have issues with joint pain with Winstrol (winny) when using these products?? Because as a swimmer, Winstrol (winny) is a great compound to use...but I'm much more of a body builder...and if I can't add more weight because of joint pain...it really won't help me much. Thanks for the heads up on this type II collagen....is there a name for it?? Thanks.

Glad to hear you've put some thought into this BLM. Unless you know 100% for certain that the prop you can get has a reputation of being painless it's not worth the risk. True, you could get a painless batch. But if you don't and the prop does affect your performance then your out of luck and won't be able to use it for the time being. If football is important to you then hold out for the test c or e and do the standard newbie cycle. Enjoy your football season, continue reading and all will fall into place. You'll get a chance to try prop, just save it for another time. Just my opinion.

The collagen I use is called CR2000. It's derived from chicken cartilage and I believe it's only available in Canada. No major issues with Winstrol (winny) when using both products. However, the collagen (like glucosamine) does need time to take affect and do some healing. The hyaluronic acid is the natural lubricant that is present it joints. Replacing this natural lubrication is one reason type II collagen is so effective I think. So it would be wise in between cycles for instance, to dial back the weight training and focus on joint care and healing. Then once you hit it hard again you'll have a new barrier of protection. Just my thoughts and experience, no guarantees, lol.

I am aware that depending on the pharmaceutical company and other factors; prop may or may not hurt. But as Logic said...i just dont want to take the risk right now.

And also as Logic said, ill keep reading up on information and posting here. Maybe while doing this my post count gets up to enough to be able to find out this pinnacle labs source! sounds unreal.

Too unreal for me though (im guessing pinnacle doesnt ship to Aus).
