First Hdrol Cycle

I was hoping someone could help me with my first cycle of Hdrol. I've read numerous ways to take a cycle of Hdrol during and after, but I don't know which was are proven or not. I'm 24, and have been lifting for about 5 years but want to make the jump to Hdrol to see some new results. I'm 6' and about 220lbs. If anyone could please help and give me some tips on what I need to take both during and after to ensure safety and reduce side effects, it would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to ology. First you have to do your research. Use the search feature and check out "Oral Only" cycles. Then do some more research. It's not as easy as you think, it's a science and it takes time to learn how to do it safely. Read and read and then ask questions. There are a lot of experienced people that you can learn from on this site.
