first ph cycle (critique please)

been lifting for about 5 years now and i am 21 years old.

i am going to start my first ph cycle.


I have decided to go with M1T.

week 1 and 2 10mg a day
week 3 and 4 (PCT) formadrol 3 capsules daily, milk thristle, creatine, zma.

keeping my cals at about 3500 .

i will be drinking my 2 gallons of water a day as usual and sleeping 8 hours as usual eating 6 meals a day as usual.


please send me some of yuor thoughts guys. thanks
