First post and help needed:)

Hello everyone,

I'm two weeks into my first Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cycle enantate250 and dbol.I am 6-1 242# lifting experience 6 years.Well i'm begining to have doubts on the routine i started.I lift at home so my i'm limited to barbell and dbell lifts.Here is my current one specializing on shoulder strength.
Mon-Deadlift 3x8
Neg chins 3 sets
Bench 3x5
Flys 2x10
Ab core work

Wed-Oh press(military)3x5
Rear delt raises 3x15
Shrugs 3x6-8
bb curls 3x10
hammer curls 2x6
forearm work

Fri-Hip belt squats 3x10
calf raises 3x10
Weighted dips 3x5
Tri extensions 2x15
Close grip benches 2x10

Man my shoulders are begining to "feel" it.I would go for 4 days as long as i could keep my main lifts moving.My goals for this cycle are...
Dip+100#x5,Bench 280x5,Oh press 200x5,squat 300x10.You guys got any help for a bro?Thanks.

way too much. you may get injured eventually with that routine. you are hitting shoulders three times per week.

i am not a dbol fan either cause soon as you come off you gonna loose most if not all of your gains.

read the sticky " do dead lifts thicken waste". great info in there as well as a routine for mass and some of my workouts.
 
Bro, start @ a gym near u, then keep to the heavy routines and free weights. Up the training days so u will get all of the muscles in and so they dont effect the other parts that u are training.
