First, I understand I'm 19, if you still want to tell me the sides and negatives to talk me out of it, go for it. Might even be better for me ha. But at the moment I'm really looking into taking a PH.
Info/Stats:
210lbs @ 10% BF - Everyone tells me I'm an ectomorph with some endo qualities. Lifting for 3-4 years. ~2 years with diet on point.
6'2.5"
Deadlift: 550lbs (belt)
Squat: 480lbs w/ wraps and belt (without wraps - 435) ...yeah it's parallel
DB Press 110lbs for 3-5
Bench (havn't done in a while b/c kills shoulder) - 290lbs
Clean - 305lbs
BB Row - 315lbs for 6
OHP - 80lb DBs for 6
My youtube channel is Conrad0032. Not endorsing it just if anyone wants to see my lifts a few years back. Havn't made too much progress in my lower body but upper I have when it comes to power. Also I gained size all around and I am leaner now.
Diet: My diet is very clean, I don't even have cheat meals. I eat about 3900 calories a day with 300 protein, 120 fats, and 440 carbs. Only problem is I'm trying to keep sugars under 100g, but I drink 6 cups of milk and eat a serving or two of fruit so that brings it way up :/ I only eat natural foods and avoid processed food for the most part. I don't drink or smoke.
Training: I don't miss any training days. I do feel like I kill it in the gym every time I go. I don't give anything but my best, I truly love this sport. Hard to convey through text my passion for this sport.
Sorry for the long intro, but I felt some background was in order to show I'm not just some shmuck who squats 225 for half reps and wants an easy fix.
So my plan thus far was this:
Either RPN Havoc or Super DMZ 2.0 (probably Havoc b/c less potent and less sides and save super DMZ 2.0 for later unless someone thinks I should do otherwise). - 20/30/30/40
CEL Cycle Assist - Regular dosage for 4 weeks along with Havoc
Milk Thistle - 1000mg/day
Creatine - 5g/day
OPTIONAL (if back pumps) - 500mg/day
PCT:
Clomid - 100/100/50/50
DAA - 2grams/day
Tribulus - 2 Capsules/day
Craze Preworkout - 1-2 scoops when feeling run down
Creatine - 5g/day
OPTIONAL - PES Erase... any input on if this is necessary would be nice. I figured it wouldn't be with DAA though.
Will be taking fish oil, BCAA, and multivitamin throughout as well.
