Hey,
This is my first cycle, and first time back in the gym in about a year or so. I am making a lifestyle change !

Weight 207 LBS
BF, around 17%
Age: 39
Goal: Bulk up, harden up and lose body fat weight but not necessarily lose overall weight.
Average shape before, used to play a lot of sport, have let it lapse over the last year or so. I want a six pack for summer (in 6months) and see this as the start of the process or journey which I intend to work on going forward. This is a lifestyle change for me.
Cycle Diet:
Breakfast: Porridge, fruit, protein shake
Late morning: Can tuna
Lunch: steak or chicken with salad
Afternoon: can tuna, maybe rice, protein shake or nut bar
Dinner: Chicken, salad, pasta etc
Bed snack: protein shake, maybe tuna
Water: lots, all day
Supplements:
Creatine, post work out shake
Pre work out booster
Work out.
Cardio 5 days a week
Weights 5 days a week
Dose:
Week 1-4
I started my first cycle four weeks ago taking Sus 250 once a week. I have gained 13 lbs so far and look a lot better, having lost quite a bit of weight and starting to bulk up.
Week 5- 10. Started taking Win 25mg per day, have noticed some hardening but not super significant yet.
Question:
1. I have Proviron as well but not taken it, how can I use this.
2. I have Nolvadex and Clomid for PCT, can you advise on best post cycle therapy (pct) (and Viagra if needed).
3. I have some Aromisen (20 tabs), should I use this to?
4. Can you advise on my dosages, I have enough Sus and Win to double the dosages if necessary.
5. I have access to quite a broad selection of ASS, any other thoughts appreciated. Would like to avoid hard stimulants if possible - not good for me at work.
6. When should or would I begin another cycle?
