I've been lifting for about 3-4 years now. Down to about 155lbs at 7-8% BF, 5'8. Anyways, diet is in check -- no worries about that. Just a bit of confusion on my cycle. For workouts should I do strong lifts 5x5? I was thinking about doing this to maximize strength as well as get a bit bigger while on the test. (Strong lifts 5x5 is Workout 3 days, compounds everyday and squats everyday)
My cycle will be Test - E @ 500mg/Week for 12 weeks
I will take 12.5 Aromasin ED
The last 10 days of the cycle I will take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu/day for 10 days.
After this, I will start PCT of Clomid at 50/50/50/50 + Nolva at 40/40/20/20.
I just need a bit of help with this cycle, it's my first one. Also, it's shunned but I was wondering if I could potentially throw in some var?
My Current Lifts:
Squat: 275x5 --> Lacking a lot
Bench: 235x5
Deadlift: 365x5
PS: I've attached a pic of how I currently look like, this is at 155lbs.
