First test E cycle

this is my first post. been reading alot and getting ready for my first cycle. heres what i got planned:

weeks 1-10 test e 500mg in 1 pin/week

PCT 2weeks after last pin

clomid- 300mg day one. then 10 days of 100mg. then 10 days of 50mg

nolvadex - 20mg ED of pct

i also have enough supply to run nolva ED of cycle if needed. to combat gyno if it happens, also i know its not the best but i understand it can combat bloat too.

i was also planning of running test p for the first and last 2weeks of the cycle if i can aquire some. it would be 150mg every 3 days.

my stats are 90kg 183cm and 15 - 17 % body fat. im not sure how to get an acurate BF reading but thats what i've got off a few web site formulas....

my diet would look something like...

meal 1 oats and protein shake fish. oil cap and multi vite

meal 2 tuna sandwich brown bread yogurt

meal 3 chicken and brown rice yogurt

meal 4 honey sandwich on brown bread and bannana (pre workout meal)

meal 5 protein shake (post workout)

meal 6 chicken, wholemeal pasta and veggies

meal 7 protein shake

my diet is where i feel i need most advice.
is this enough food for a cycle. also what changes should i make on my rest days?

i hit the gym 5 times a week with a 4 day routine:

legs
chest/tri
back/bi
shoulders

abs 3 times a week.



any advice or comments would be much appreciated thanks.
 
Diet

For a first cycle of test only your PCT should be simple like clomid 50/50/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20. It is recomended to run both serms for a speedy recovery. Also have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand like arimidex or aromasin for bloating/gyno issues. Are you running HCG? For a first cycle it's not a must but will keep ur boys from shrinking and makes recovery easier. Your diet needs some work. Protein shakes shouldn't substitute real food. Check out the diet section.
 
hey tjkita, thanks for the reply.

will deffinatly do some more reading on my diet and update it here. i dont have access to arimidex or aromasin, would the nolva work alright as a substitute? i wasnt planning on running HCG. i figured i could deal with the shrunken nuts temporaraly. but if it helps with recovery which in turn helps keep the gains then maybe i should?is it worth it? how come i shouldnt start high and taper off on the clomid?
 
Really should get some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to keep ur boys in check. I don't ever seem to need much 200iu twice a week..
 
500 mg in one pin a week ??

Youll have more constant blood levels doing 2 pins of 250mg per week.
 
One pin every 5 day is what I would do but being a long ester u can go one a week. But like bigpal said twice a week is recommend.
 
Nolva

Nolva is only for post cycle therapy (pct). Try to get some arimidex from one of our sponsors on this page. As others stated Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is always a good idea too. Either run it throughout the cycle or do a blast phase before post cycle therapy (pct). It's fairly cheap too.
 
how long/dosage would you have to run the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during pct?

originally i was gunna do two pins of 250mg aweek but a mate said the less pins the better. im not scared of needles and for the sake of more consistant levels i think ill go with the two shots a week say SUN and WED.

In terms of arimidex. i'll try and get some sent here but it may get seized. im in australia. i've read abit about it and have a couple questions. 1. i've read because it works by stopping the convertion of estrogen, rather than blocking the receptors, you have to take it from day one. question is when do you stop taking it? 2. how much should i have? i've picked up that between .5 and 1mg is good? 3. how well does this combat bloating, as in completely or just reducing it?

with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) i've also read a few things one being the Swalle protocol. it says never to take large doses of HCG, rather more of if needed. say 250iu twice a week. what weeks would i run this? i believe you stop once you begin PCT because it acctually shuts you down, hindering recovery.
