First test enath cycle

I have always been hungry, I got a high metabolism, but yeah I am definatly more hungry than before... I want to fucking eat every fucking 5 minutes.....I kind of got carried away today and ate some pizza and wendys....... but man fuck I was starving and just could nt not eat it I mean fuck it was good, Mostly I am eatting lean hamburger steak fish , noodles , mixed veggies, oatmeal, tuna, pb& jelly, bannanas, apples, salads , burritos w/ potatoes green peppers, eggs, lean sausage....... um hungry again thanks a fucking lot... lol...
 
Lol. My family brought me home some pizza tonight and I dont want to eat that junk but I dont want to make em feel bad so I'm going to eat it for breakfast as my carbs the next 2 days and then go to the gym and burn em the fuuuck off haha
 
ouch , I pulled my tris or is it the pump, shit hurts so bad up by the arm pit I cant do lying tri extensions..... when I move it it feels tense tooo.... what ya all think, minor pull just ice it and do light tri work ???? I went rambo on that shit tonight fo sho I said ya fuck your pain pussy and fought through it cause I dont want to cheat my self, probably could of calmed down but dammn it I want to lift hard................arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh any help..... i get crippling pumps on that dbol bro-fuck now that i have been on them for a minute-i get pumps before i even get to the gym. shit is crazy!

yea my buddy just started his dbol-said he hurt himself-i said just wait a couple weeks-the pumps get worse-i thought i hurts myself at first too
 
I did pin 5 yeah... Weird though its like normally no feeling with the needle in the muscle , this time though it felt like the needle was tearing through all sorts of shit ?? Like it had a barb on it once it reached the muscle. It did nt though it just was super fucking different............ like resistance all the way.... I went and worked shoulders and tris..... ouch tris kicked my ass, fuck they hurt but I powered through must be the dianabol pump... Cant wait for the test to kick in .... I am gonna blow up , I know it.......... More updates to follow.
 
your injection spot sore now? When ever I get that feeling I get a soreness in that area for a couple of days. cant wait for that test to kick in for you either buddy. Just remember when it does in about week 4 or 5 start upping your protein and cals atleast by the end of week 6. You'll be carrying extra weight so you need to feed it. good shit man
 
ya , it was sore the first couple times , its really smooth just a slight pain....The first couple times that shit hurt but more like a bruised leg after a dead leg...
 
Ok so here we go with some new new, I am getting oily skin, a little acne on the back, not to much on the face, Iam gonna wait a few more days for I am sure bout this new weight but it is readin 13 pounds up.... so yeah I am stoked.... I am definatly pumped all the time from this fucking d bol, and well It seems like it takes for ever to bust a nut, that I hate. But my shits aleays rock hard, I swear my dick even has muscle now<< LOL but ya I ll post more.
 
Alright here we go, just did my first injection went smoothly right thigh , fuck the ass shit I cant see, definatly not like ppl try to make it out to be. I am 5'9 165 will be working a day on day off, diet will be eggs , fish , rice , wheat bread pastas , lean meat, chicken, about 4500 calories a day, veggies to salads,fruits and whey protein shakes.I aint gonna write all the protein and shit down..... I have a good diet that I have printed out to use... So day 1 here we go, I did get one killer adrenalin rush that is for sure, I am a pussy with needles.Will update this weekly..... Pics aint gonna happen for a bit.....

not my business bro but, let me make some suggestions.....18yrs training, 10yrs aas use, started at 142lbs at 5'8" and now 230lbs. about 10%bf, have been 252lbs in the past.....def. not bragging, just so you know i understand where you are comin from. i just want to see you make the best of this first cycle, and i have some experience. i like the cycle basic and effective! dosage is right on for the test, i dont know if you mentioned your dbol dose, i may have missed it if you did, but 25-40mg would be ideal. i like the training schedule and the 5x5 routine, so far everything is sound. the only suggestions i would make is about diet. you have to understand, no cycle will ever be like that first one, never.....the first cycle if done right can be just magical for that 1st time user. i know you don't want to get fat i can agree with that idea, but at 165lbs there is no need for you to be doing cardio if mass is your goal here. cardio is burning up calories your body needs for repair and energy. drop the cardio and eat a little sloppier. i mean fish, eggs, and rice are great but, a guy like you in your situation needs lots of calorie dense food, and i know this may sound crazy but fats also. start eating your eggs whole, yolk and all. start pounding the beef also, hamburger, steaks, however you need to prepare it. i personally love grilling out, so i have the grill going all year, in the snow even. the protein shakes are great easy food but add some flax oil, olive oil, or one of the different blends that are available to them (essential fatty acids are great for you, calorie dense and great for growth while on aas or not), or some peanut butter, hell throw some eggs in there. i love a couple oz's of heavy cream in my shakes, makes them incredible! you aren't going to get fat unless your porky already but im sure thats not the case. just want to see you succeed in your venture bro, of course this is just my opinion but i do know what works. wouldn't it be great to gain 30lbs instead of 20? that's the difference i'm talking about......let me know if i can help with any other questions,thx

Naw I aint porky , I just was nt sure and did nt want to have a heart attack, lol. I heard so much different, but yeah I ll go back to eating the yway I did before then, I have never been able to get fat , and I appriciate your help mayne that was nice... Thanks. O ya d bol started at 20 a day and now running 40 per day for 2 more weeks.
