bench is 185 6 sets of 6 bent over rows was 6 of 6 @ 155. Leg presses are at 6 of 6 @ 4 plates and a 10 # plate on each side.... pull downs are at 6 of 6 @ 130.. Curling straight bar cheats 70 @ 6 of 6
 
ok so bench went 175 6 of 6 incline is up to 135 6 of 6 and curls are at 75 6 of 6. I have also gainned 4 more pounds sitting at 183-184..... I am sort of suprised though I mean I aint really any more horny on this than off, I am actually really not horny at all .. I read that some guys get horny some dont... I mean my dick works but I d rather whack it than fuck .... maybe its cause I am married ?? lmao.. I know I feel good am hungry all the time and stronger just the horn dog part aint there ? Any I deas ?

LOL that shit's funny bro.....I like the 6 by 6 you got going. I have been doing 5 x 5's and they seem to be working real good, good gains I just started my cycle today pretty much same cycle. How far in are you again?
 
Great job with the strength and weight increase. Also you stated earlier that someone with a fast metabolism shouldn't eat completely clean because of it? I have a fast I mean real fast metabolism and let metell you I gain so much for going on the " Seefood" diet. All I do is see food and I eat it brother. Strength and weight sky rocket and still have 6 pack and all. I would recommend to all with a fast metabolism. Atleast try it out and see how it works. You still have to base it around a clean diet.
 
Yeah it is clean but dirty too... I f you go back a few pages a pro BB addressed me with this stating he has the grill going year round, I ll tell ya what , since I started eating normal again like I used to I have packed on more weight and you can still see my six pack... I did nt mean I eat fast food and shit just not completley clean ... I here ya though..
 
not my business bro but, let me make some suggestions.....18yrs training, 10yrs aas use, started at 142lbs at 5'8" and now 230lbs. about 10%bf, have been 252lbs in the past.....def. not bragging, just so you know i understand where you are comin from. i just want to see you make the best of this first cycle, and i have some experience. i like the cycle basic and effective! dosage is right on for the test, i dont know if you mentioned your dbol dose, i may have missed it if you did, but 25-40mg would be ideal. i like the training schedule and the 5x5 routine, so far everything is sound. the only suggestions i would make is about diet. you have to understand, no cycle will ever be like that first one, never.....the first cycle if done right can be just magical for that 1st time user. i know you don't want to get fat i can agree with that idea, but at 165lbs there is no need for you to be doing cardio if mass is your goal here. cardio is burning up calories your body needs for repair and energy. drop the cardio and eat a little sloppier. i mean fish, eggs, and rice are great but, a guy like you in your situation needs lots of calorie dense food, and i know this may sound crazy but fats also. start eating your eggs whole, yolk and all. start pounding the beef also, hamburger, steaks, however you need to prepare it. i personally love grilling out, so i have the grill going all year, in the snow even. the protein shakes are great easy food but add some flax oil, olive oil, or one of the different blends that are available to them (essential fatty acids are great for you, calorie dense and great for growth while on aas or not), or some peanut butter, hell throw some eggs in there. i love a couple oz's of heavy cream in my shakes, makes them incredible! you aren't going to get fat unless your porky already but im sure thats not the case. just want to see you succeed in your venture bro, of course this is just my opinion but i do know what works. wouldn't it be great to gain 30lbs instead of 20? that's the difference i'm talking about......let me know if i can help with any other questions,thx

That advice applys to me too.I am a classic ectomorph BT one a very similar cycle to you with very similar gains.I kick started with A50s now im almost in my 4th week and the gains are coming fast.I been told If i want to gain as much mass as possible I have to keep the cals up by 4200-4500 pd.
I hope I did hyjack ur thread to much It just interests me from the similarity's ive read so far.

Good advice and posts I have been trying to eat to clean I guess I have the same fast metabolism as yall as well ....2nd day of first cycle and if you all recommend it I will def. give it a shot....Good luck witht the 30 lbs I can only hope to gain as well as you have
 
yeah its all in my shoulders I swear out of all my body those fuckers have blown up crazy ?? I mean everywhere is noticable but the shoulders are more so..
 
I am hoping so , It also helps I got a killer routine from Scarz , and that shit has helped me gain alot too.... He definatly knows his shit...
