anavar and epistane cycle

question- im currently running my first cycle and could use a little input as i was thinking of altering it slightly.

to start im 28 years old, 5'9" 175 with a bf of 11%. ive been working out for ten years but three years ago i stopped for a year due to a shoulder issue (pitching/baseball) and general laziness trying to rehab it. now im back at it two years strong, and taking my diet and routine much more seriously.

right now im running an anavar only cycle, not because i dont like injections, but just because i was looking for some lean mass and strength that would be retainable with as little sides as possible... 6-10 additional pounds while cutting some fat would be like xmas for me.

im currently in my 2nd week right now and the cycle goes as follows.

25mg ed weeks 1-2
50mg ed weeks 2-4
25mg ed weeks 4-6

i started the cycle at 172 and my waist is already slightly slimmed and my shoulders and arms are getting increasing larger and vascular. i havent experienced any sides either except for a couple of headaches. i know people will probably note the low dosage, but i have been pleased with the results so far.

after reading the sticky about epistane i was thinking about adding it starting week 4. i would do-

25mg var ed/30 mg epistane week 4-6
40mg epistane ed week 6-8

i was wondering what everyone thought of that and what the proper pct would be...

thanks

and I don't know a whole lot about Anavar (var), but i'd do more like 30-40-30, or 20-35-20, or 25-45-25 just for health risk reasons from jumping up and down that much....heard good things about epistane and from what i've heard it's very similar to Anavar (var), maybe a reason not to add it.....you wanna know what drug is effecting you in the right way and in the wrong way, which is why it's good to do one component at a time. ya dig?

thanks gains... pct sounds good

as for the dosing im taking 25mg caps so i really dont have much of a choice. i havent experienced any sides when i jumped up in dosing though so that was good. i totally understand about not doing more than one compound at a time, but i wasnt planning on doing another cycle for awhile. also with the ep being so easily accessible and inexpensive i figured there were more positives than negatives in adding it.

if the general consensus is that i should just stick to the var though, im totally cool with not adding it. thanks for the info so far.

well does everyone agree that this stuff is effective... im still nervous due to the fact that it is otc, but the reviews of it have been really positive. any experience with epi?
