I'm new at this so will be a work in progress.

Background

Gender: Male
Age: 40 Years Old
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 200 lbs
Body Fat: Unknown; estimate between 15% (online calculators)
Lifting: 11 Years; clean

1997 to 2002 was a body building routine obtaining excellent results with reaching 207 lbs, low body fat percentage, lifting big and having a 50" chest and 18" biceps. 2002 to present due to aging, injuries and actively training martial arts; results are harder to obtain or maintain. Have undergone a few surgeries due to martial arts and some injuries that have made me modify how I train for both martial arts and weight lifting.

Starting Measurements

Weight: 200 lbs
Neck: 17"
Chest: 47"
Waist: 36" **
Bicep (R): 16 6/8"
Bicep (L): 16 3/8"
Thighs: 23.5"
Calves: 15.5"

** Wear 34" pants comfortably; actual measurement with tape measure surprised 36"

Gear

50 mg T-Bol (Turanabol) per day (oral)
100 mg Winstrol per Day (oral)

(Will advise later when home of manufacturer)

Close and personal friend suggested doing injections and of other gear due to his many years training with but opted not to. First time doing this and not big on needles and not looking for "huge" gains like many. While I want to see some of my old size come back an want to shed some pounds, I want it functional for martial arts. What I'm taking was suggested by his supplier after knowing what I'm looking for in results.

Duration of cycle will be 50 days.

Work Out; Program

Currently doing a 3 day split routine; usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

PUSH ... LEGS ... PULL

Workouts are approximately an hour; heavy weight low reps, 5x5 for Strength and Explosiveness. Work out hard, work out with intensity; get in and get out.

Opting at this time to eliminate cardio and will pick up later. Also putting martial arts on hold till January. Focus is weight lifting. If I'm going to do this I want to know what the results will be while doing this and not have the results skewered. Plus martial arts 4 hours a week (2 BJJ classes, 2 Muay Thai classes) could lead to over training which I have had issues in the past 6+ years doing martial arts and weight lifting together. Need to ensure I get the proper rest required.

Already eat decently with 5 meals a day, but will watch things more closely. Will be upping the protein intake as have not been over the last 2-3 years; not like I did back when I was in a body building routine. Drink water throughout the day and while working out; will continue.

Not a calorie watcher but may sit down and calculate the exact amount I'm taking every day to see if enough or too much. Also looked at a 6 week Testosterone Diet written by Jim Stoppani, PHD of Muscle & Fitness. Not sure I will do but has some good information that could help with results.

Starting Date

Started on Monday, November 24, 2008; already done one week. Measurements above taken prior to starting.

Have not measured after a week and will; do not notice anything as of yet. Workouts have not noticed any increases for strength though I have put more intensity into the workouts being able to lift a rep or two more and with some lifts some extra weight. This is a mental thing more then anything else; which is part of the game.

Will update shortly and try to at the beginning of each week.

Starting Measurements

Weight: 200 lbs
Neck: 17"
Chest: 47"
Waist: 36" **
Bicep (R): 16 6/8"
Bicep (L): 16 3/8"
Thighs: 23.5"
Calves: 15.5"

Week 2

Weight: 200.6 lbs
Neck: 17 1/4"
Chest: 47.5"
Waist: 37"
Bicep (R): 16 7/8"
Bicep (L): 16 1/2"
Thighs: 24"
Calves: 15 7/8"

Had to buy new dress pants for my work due to my waist slightly bigger. Bought some Denver Hayes with the Flextech Waist so that should I grow further I will still fit them well. Still bought 34" pants and fit comfortably but that may be due to the style. Jeans I have still fit well too though only after wearing them awhile so they stretch otherwise tight when put on. Do have one pair of 36" jeans I bought many years ago when I was larger and may be able to wear them shortly. Bought for legs though my legs are no wear near what they used to be.

Think eating too much for this so will cut back a bit to see what happens.

NOTE: Work-out after work; heading now. Making sure measuring at the same time each time to keep results on the same base.

Mot much for changes. Been working out with a lot of intensity so feel at that time for any little gains in strength or size I did on my own and not due to taking anything. Surprised to see a few measurement have regressed but perhaps that is due to not measuring correctly, not on the exact same area or perhaps the Winstrol (winny) is taking affect. Talk to my buddy and said I probably won't see any results until 4th to 5th week.

Things I have notices this week are:

1. Lower back pain - don't know if this is from the heavy lifting I've been doing and not keeping good form or is this perhaps what I was told to expect???

2. Urine - color some times is a very dark yellow; meaning the kidneys are starting to work the stuff out and perhaps go hand in hand with the lower back pains.

3. Had a few days where my face looked a little red and blotchy.

4. Today just before back pains started felt flush and almost like an ill feeling; perhaps getting the flu or something and not related.

5. Being feel more buff; more solid ... though my measurements say otherwise. Perhaps a mindset more then anything else.

Winstrol will definitely do that to you, are you drinking enough water?

I drink quite a bit. At work I use the water cooler and have a glass going at all times throughout the day. While working out I am always sipping water. Can't say too much at night but do listen to my body when I feel thirsty to grab some bottled water. Not a pop or coffee drinker so water is always the first thing I grab. Weekends are my down fall as I am not in a routine like work or working out so don't drink what I probably should on Saturday or Sunday.

Hey Buddy;

Good luck on the cycle - make sure you get a nice clean diet - no simple carbs and plenty of protein - limit fats - no nuts, etc. i did a similar cycle for my first (cause I was afraid of pins!) and didn't really get great results. I got more cut with the Winstrol (winny) but after cycle i didn't really keep much new muscle - weight stayed the same - lost 2% points BF. You may want to look into a test cycle next - i think you'll find it more dramatic and will get you energized to push yourself further. In the meantime, go do it!

Week 4 was a bust. Worked out the Monday and then started a cold and then it progressed through the week. Didn't work out since that day but took the gear until Friday but not since. Still under the weather and don't know about tonight and now wonder if this will be worth while continuing.

The cold got worse and still hasn't gone. Stopped taking everything all together and have opted to not continue. Have some up and coming tests that I don't need anything in my system showing up; will look for later trying again.

Not too impressed with the results to date and would say pill form alone is probably more a waste of time.

sorry bro but this cycle was meant to end with no success.. so better stop it now

Hey bud - have to agree w/ you - I did a similar oral cycle and it was a bust - I gained some muscle, lost some fat but could have done that w/ diet alone. Hope you pass all your tests - Maybe you'll consider the real thing next time around. Good luck bro!

Not much of a fan of needles but if I'm going to do this then doing it right will have to be done. My buddy said to always practice on an orange at first to get the feel so when I do, if I do, then this is what I will try. Buying needles is not something I would look forward to doing however I see others talking about ordering them online; which may be something I would look at doing; or if I decide to do it to have the needles be included.

Thanks again for the support.
