First time injecting a peptide need help

I have never injected anything before. I have 100mcg of GnRH triptorelin from Labpe through their sister company Pepbridge that I am using to restart my HPTA axis. I need to know how to prepare the solution and inject it. What kind of needles and syringes and bac water do I need? How do I properly mix the bac water with the peptide? How to I get all of the solution in the needle since it needs to be exactly a .1 mg dose. If anyone can please advise me.

I'm not familiar with using GnRH for restart purposes, I'm sure someone else will weigh in on that.

You will need a small vial of bac water and 2 syringes. Since .1mg = 100mcg, you have only a single dose unless I misunderstood. 2 insulin syringes (28-30 gauge, 1/2") should be fine for this.
Use alcohol pads to disinfect the rubber stopper of the bac vial and the peptide vial.
Use one syringe to extract about .25ml from the bac water vial and inject it into the peptide vial. Swirl to mix. Once all the peptide is dissolved, extract from the peptide vial using the second syringe and do a subcutaneous injection:
Disinfect an area several square inches about 2" either right or left of your navel. Use your fingers to pull a layer of skin and fat away from your abdomen and inject into the fold at an angle of about 30 degrees.

You should probably look at some videos online of subcutaneous injections.
