First time!!! Need Advice badly!

Hi, I want to start a cycle, and ive been doing a little research, but im going to admit, im still oblivious. Thats why im here, i really need advice from educated people on what i should do.

This is my first time doing a cycle, ive been looking at a stack that includes Test-600x, Pituitary Growth Hormone, Clen, D-Anabol 25, and Decca-200. They are all oral, which means i need some GREAT liver protectants.

The reason ive been looking into this, is because ive been eating nutritionally for a while now, and i eat like a truck! But my weight fluctuates from around 164-170 and continues to do so. I cant seem to gain weight like i want to! Im not looking to get HUGE (body builder big) or anything, just get a little bigger and an athletic strong build. I just need help pretty bad, on figuring out how to take these, when to take them, how to keep the gains, and a great post cycle therapy (pct) so i dont suffer from to much muscle loss or side effects (or liver destruction during cycle lol)

I know im not that old, im only 20, but ive always been the skinny guy, and being in the gym for a while, im not seeing the results that i want. Im tired of being the small guy, i just really need educated help and opinions from people who know what i should do.

If your curious, like i said, im 20 years old, i weigh around 164-170, and im 6'1''. Not NEARLY where i want to be. I look like a dang stick with chicken legs HAHA! I have good muscle definition, but thats besides the point :P

Anyone who responds to this, i GREATLY appreciate the help, and just wanted to say thank you very much!

Sounds like you aren't eating enough. You are pretty light for your weight, you should just focus on eating more and making sure you hit those calories every single day. My guess is you aren't actually eating as much as you think or you are not consistent with it, count calories if you need to. You need to have your diet in check before ever considering taking steroids because if you can't even gain weight now you will likely gain very little from a cycle.

The cycle you have set up right now sounds like fake crap btw, oral test? You don't need to be messing with growth hormones on a first cycle and clen is used for cutting...not for bulking. You should do some more research before you even consider a cycle, not trying to be a douche, just don't rush into this without knowing what you're doing.

Yea its probably consistency on the food. Any pointers on how i can intake high calorie all the time? (i go to the gym eall the time so i wouldnt be putting on to much fat). What kind of a stack would you recommend? Im not looking on putting on crazy size, just a good amount :)
And dont worry, i take criticism as a good thing, not as someone being a douche :P

Those are not even steroids your talking about man, do A LOT more research. They sound like supplements named after steroids. And yes, you need to eat a lot more. You should have way more potenitial to grow natty with your stats and age. 20 is a bit too young to start cycling.

-1.5 cups dry oats (blended into a flour texture)
-8 liquid egg whites (they come pasturized and are tasteless)
-2 Tbsp cocoa powder (for flavor)
Total: ~625 cal, 45g Protein, 70g carbs, 10g fat

Optional:
+2 Tbsp natural peanut butter and 1 banana
Total: ~930cal, 51g Protein, 94g carbs, 26g fat

ADD WATER TO DESIRED TEXTURE AND BLEND.

^Is made of real food. Add in as many times as needed (do not replace every meal for the above).
^^No cycle for you yet. Nowhere near ready.

The site you're looking at is fake. Stop that.

Next, read the steroid profiles on this site - then check the Beginner Cycles sections.

Good, now you have a basic understanding of steroids.

Now learn to eat properly. That means eating 3200 calories a day, calories: 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat. Adjust as needed. Also, at 6'1'' 165, and saying, "I just want to gain a little," is a lie to yourself and everyone reading your post.

You want to be 200 lbs at 8-10% bodyfat for the 'athletic' look you're talking about.

Get your ass back in the gym, and start counting your macros/calories. In 6 months, you won't recognize yourself and should be around 180, relatively lean.

Your right, I just get frustrated because i want to see results and i barely do at all lol, im in the gym, but i feel so oblivious as to what to do that the drive to lift is small. I would rather do it without steroids but i want to see a faster change in myself then i am. All i take is my creatine right after my workout, then protein 30 min after. I dont know how i can eat more and more, because i have a high metabolism but i eat till im stuffed everytime i eat, yet i put no weight on. I just want something effective that will finally work for me. Any recommendations on supplements i can take to help see gains? Mass gainer shakes? Vitamins? creatine, ect. I would love some information if you guys' would care to share it :). Tips on the way to eat, what to eat, how to achieve my calorie intake each day. Or tips on anything else if you dont mind giving it. Oh and Avenger 87, your right, i do want a great build, i want something fit, cut, and powerful looking, but not something overly bulky. (sometimes it is hard to get all the food i want though, im almost a fulltime student in school, and i work about 30-37 hours a week)

Oh Iron Giant, i didnt see your post there. How often do i drink that? And there is no need for anything else added? (sorry for double post)

Count your calories and macro's and that will give you your answer. Once in the morning 1 hr before breakfast and another time between meals in the day should suffice. That's ~1300-1900cal you'll be adding & ~90-102g of protein. You could add more oats/egg whites/peanut butter as you desire. As for being a full time student and working 30-37hr/week here's my pro tip:

Cook all your food for the next 7-10 days on 1 day. Stuff it into tupperware and buy yourself a cooler backpack (or buy closed cell foam and a roll of duct tape, then turn any old backpack into a cooler - youtube it). Plan your meals out a day in advance and pack whatever you need for the day. Repeat forever.

I rigged my framepack (for hunting) into a cooler backpack (it can hold 1/3 of a deer) and has a 5L hydro bladder. Luckily I work outdoors so it's not a hassle to drag it around. I use my cooler on wheels, when I'm in the office or at the gym with clients (moonlight as a trainer).

P.S. You don't need supplements, you need REAL food...and LOTS of it. If your oblivious and don't know how to train, hire a personal trainer for a few weeks until you figure out what to do. Hint: Big compound movements - lift big, get big. Joe DeFranco's "Westside for Skinny Bastards Part I" is a decent program with some variance that a lot of guys have had success with in the past; I've ran 2 variants using his template with some of my newbie clients and it produces results (great for rookies). Just youtube proper form.

If you have the funds I suggest hooking up with 3J (he's a nutritionist and site sponsor), he'll be able to teach you how to eat to grow.

Even if you did use, your gains won't be there if you don't know how to eat yet. Don't cycle yet, hit your natural peak before selling yourself short. Weight gain/loss is dictated by diet, you think your eating lots, but clearly not enough if you aren't gaining weight. Start tracking your intake a few days a week and see what it averages down to. Increase your intake and continue to monitor your weight, you'll soon see the scale showing bigger numbers!
