I work in the oilfield so get a good work out daily plus visit the gym regularly? any help or advice would be nice just take it easy on me thanks guys!

I've kinda figured that out just in the past few hours of checking up on here figure ill go ahead and get another vial to be safe, thanks any other help ya get would be nice lol what about estrogen blockers, proteins or any other supplements? Like I said I'm completely in the dark in this!

I always like to think that 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight is a good place to start!

Depending on your goals, if your trying to put on mass and you have an intense daily job. You're gonna have to put in a BIG effort on eating, believe it or not it is easier for the guy who just trains and sits at a desk job to make gains because his metabolism isn't in constant overdrive. You will definitely get solid gains though but they might not be as substantial considering you are going to be burning up a hell of a ton of calories! BEFORE ANY OF THAT, keep plugging away in research so you are 100% confident your cycle will be safe and effective. We do not know your body either so you will have to go with what feels right and not just follow a general guideline, a good place to start is SMALL not with huge amounts of test. Keep on pluggin' away!

Well like a said right now I'm at 180 first off I wanna cut my body fat down quite a bit so I can get more tone, I've always ate healthy though no real problems with that always ate lots of meats especially chicken and fish, beef quite a bit to but I've heard to stay away from red meats, is that the truth? Any foods that are high protein and calories that I would be able to take with me, seeing as we don't get cooked lunch everyday, mostly whatever you bring for the day is what you get? I'm pretty curious to to know about estrogen blockers and liver supplements should I be taking any of these or is this dosage not enough to worry about those as of now? sorry to bother yall with all the new comer nonsense just want it to be done right, but thanks for all yalls help so far!
