Hey!
Tomorrow i'm starting Anavar for the first time. I have 3 months worth and want to make sure my diet and training regime are going to help me get the best results possible.

I'd appreciate if anyone would critique or give advice to help me get to where I want to be (low bodyfat, nice muscles etc)

firstly, here's my stats:

weight: 130lbs
height: 5'5
bodyfat: 26% (terrible I know)
and for an indicator of lifting my 1 rep max for rack pulls is currently 110kg (probably about 90kg for deadlifts)

My plan is to do leangains with an eating period between 2-10pm, low carb on rest days and high carb (whilst maintaining high protein) on workout days. 1100 calories on conditioning/rest days, 1700calories on strength days.

Monday: strength train (rackpulls, pullups and dips)
tuesday: conditioning (things like burpees and bjj shots, bridges, jogging, pushups etc)
wednesday: strength train (front squat, bench press and overhead press
thursday: conditioning
friday: weighted hip thrusts from floor, bench press, pendlay rows
saturday and sunday rest

Any advice?
thanks! :)

How long have you been training? Have you done your research on AAS? Age? At 26% I would try sticking with a clean diet before adding in the Anavar. I learned that no matter how much research you do on the stuff, everyone reacts differently to AAS. I had great results from Anavar, but again I was already on a pretty tight regimen with diet and training. It gave me a crazy appetite so if your not committed 100% to diet I would save your money

Hi Tyjay
Welcome to OLogy :)

Without knowing your age your TDEE cannot be calculated accurately, but looking at what u posted, your calories seem a bit low...
In all honesty at your BF you should be focusing on diet/training...
if you want to build muscle & lose fat, u can totally achieve that without the use of var...

I'm not trying to preach against the use of AAS, but one has to be ready for this, and that means having your diet and trainimd down to a T..
Allow yourself some time to bring doen your BF first, build a strong diet/training foundation and then consider running a cycle.

Good luck to u :)
