first timer but knowledgeable ready to push fwd

sup bros, age 29 ht 6ft 5 wt 205 dexascanned bodyfat is 9%, training 3 years (have had back injuries/and masters degree which really slowed progress) also was pretty heavy/fat 269lbs last august and spent the last year shedding that weight and improving injuries. Have done some PH runs halo and am going to do one more before gear. I have p6 Black (the original one from 2009) which I'll be running with Tren topical PH. really getting into this to push my body and improve my aesthetic physique as much as I can. done a lot of research am familiar with proper training and diet (when losing fat I ran a zig zag @ 30% fat, 25% carb, 40% protein/ keto/ and then static) I'm thinking about cutting bodyfat down into ~5-6% before I start my P6 but we'll see how i feel next couple weeks

Long time reader of this site.. hoping to become more knowledgable and shredded
