First Timer looking for help on what and how...

Hi everyone,

I recently decided to try and take something to get a better body.
I'm 182cm x 64kg

A friend gave me DBol pills, though not sure that is the best way to go (photo attached).

They look different from what I have seen generally online. In case are legit, would they be good for an initial bulk? How should I take them and how often?
Another friend suggested i take Sustanon 250, 500 per week.

As a first timer, what do you guys suggest, what should I take? How?

I'm a man, i'm 33, I started training again after 2 years, 2 weeks ago.
I'm 182cm (6'0 1/2) and i weigh 64kg (10 stones / 141lbs)
Not sure what's my body fat % but not much i assume.
As dieting, i eat normal, just recently I started eating 6 times per day, salad, fruits, proteins: meat and fish twice per day, cutting on sugars, fried food and junk food in general.
 
Honestly, you need to focus on your diet first. You are not eating enough. You would be better of spending your money on hiring a diet coach. Once you learn the ins and outs of nutrition then you could run a cycle. AAS isn't a magic pill.

Since you are male, you cannot run dbol by itself. Or any oral Steroid by itself. They shut down your natural testosterone production but they don't put any test back in you. You have to run them with injectable testosterone.

But for a first cycle we always recommend just running injectable testosterone and ancillaries. You need to learn how your body responds. Running two compounds at the same time on your first cycle makes it much harder to deal with issues. Too many variables.

Below in my signature line is a link to a FAQs thread. I encourage you to read it (and read all the thread it provides links too). Start doing some homework. You picked the right place to come to for learning more about AAS. Just be patient and do it the right way. Educate before you medicate.
 
man id suggest you get your diet better and on point . otherwise steroids arent going to do much for you but possibly cause more problems . U DO NOT want to take d-bol by itself .. it will shutdown ur natural test production leaving u with zero in your bosy . all steroids should be taken with test . not to mention assuming weight gain is your goal .. not dbol for quality gains . The sustanon would be a much better and solid cycle run for say 15 weeks . howefer . agian .... weight gains and muscle as well are only goign to come mainly if your diet and training is right ... id suggest training for longer then just hopping back on juice and get your weight gain up .go naturally a bit more before u decide to use . but dbol alone ... no good

I've got a trainer and he did a nutrition plan for me, but as I said I started training just two weeks ago.

I took some sort of testosterone when I was 21 and living in Miami and worked fine and didn't have any side effects.

I didn't pay for these DBol pills as my friend gave it to me since he moved onto some other substances and didn't need it anymore. Though I never took it because i don't know anything about it, and never took anything like it before.

You mention i should start with an injectable testosterone cycle, with ancillaries, what are ancillaries?
Also, what would be the dosage, and for how long should I take it? (guess those are questions i can't ask my trainer)
 
Let's say i keep training and eat properly till October, do you think that would be a good time frame?
What kind of results should I expect? What is the time frame?

My friend mentioned sustanon, and to take 500mg per week. Would that be right?

Hey yes, and actually i wanted to thank you, I have been reading all the pages linked there too, and i learned a lot.
Though on one specific post the author says if you as tall as me, you should not start any cycle if you are lower than a certain weight, i converted it into kg, and that would be 20kg more than I am now, and that is just unrealistic for me to achieve.
I can hardly put 2 kg if i really put effort in eating, i can't imagine how i could gain 20kg naturally.
But apart from that I get pretty much everything, and it was very instructive. I know what to do now... Well kind of :)
 
OP start by posting what you think a proper cycle is in here.

Cycle drugs dosages and duration
Pinning protocol
Cycle support and ancillaries
PCT
Bloodwork pre/post
Diet

Until you know and understand all these things, you are not ready
 
Well, i know now what all these stuff are. And will go ahead with what I have read on this site. Will keep training for a while and then go ahead.
 
Seriously, all the gear won't put weight on you at all. It really is diet dependant. If your not eating enough now, you won't make gains on cycle. If by chance you do, most likely they will be gone by the time your done with pct...
 
Hi yes I got that, and will hire a personal trainer and will get a food plan made.

Get the MyFitnessPal app for your phone and start writing down everything you eat. Get a food scale to weigh everything. This is the only way to get a handle on your diet.
