Help! I'm 5'4" and 130 pounds. I do cardio three times a week in the mornings and weight lift and cardio again 4 times a week. I love working out but of course what messes me up is the eating which I've gotten better with. I want to start taking a steroid but I'm not too sure what to take. I want to lose weight and build muscle (not too bulky though). I was thinking anavar but a lot of people give me mixed reviews (bad for the liver). I appreciate all the help!
