I'll be completely honest. You look like shit in the first picture. It doesn't even look like you're ready to start AAS.
You're a whole new person in the second picture. I think the GH definitely helped, but god damn dude, that's impressive as fuck.
LOl Ya no reason to be embarrassed now. The reality is I know what it takes and so it's not as if I've never done the lose weight and get lean bit but I had really let myself go. Everybody says not to do AAS until your 15% or so but I don't think you can put everybody in the same mold. Everyone's different. I was ready as my Testosterone was lower at 350 and I had no energy.
You can only keep an animal down so long, and that's what happened to me. Every week my stomach is showing more. I now have a definite line starting to carve my obliques and frame my abs that I did not have even 3 weeks ago. I can see my upper abs in the morning and I realize my stomach fat was always gonna be the last thing to go but I will get it all gone!!!
Tuna fish, cottage cheese, lean meats, tons of protein and good fat at the end of the day will seriously rock your body as much or more then AAS!!
