Recent lifts- bench 365, squat 455, clean 315, military db 100s for 10reps

Diet- depends what goals are... i have a very strict diet.. always have been concerned about eating healthy.. usually eat 7 times a day .. egg whites in morning..lots of lean meat like chicken and tuna throughout day.. protein shake after workout ALWAYS... i avoid sat fats, sugar, fried food.. eat alot of broccoli to naturally raise test..

Supplements- multi v, omega 3, zma at night, pre work before i lift ...milk thistle if needed

Workout routine-
M- shoulders, chest, abs (heavy)
T- legs (heavy)
W-arms, back
Th- abs
F- shoulders, chest (rep)
Sat- legs, abs (rep)
Sun- arms back
* will change up routine every once in awhile

Goal- want to get stronger, keep lean look, gain up to 210 in weight

Test prop 500mg a week for 10 weeks
Hcg when needed 2x week
Pct with clomid for 3 weeks

Have source for winstrol tabs... dont know if i should throw them in cycle or not since it is first time..
 
do you have any videos of your lifts?

PCT needs to be longer than 3 weeks, in my opinion.
What is your prop dosed at and how much/how often are you injecting?

Go pump your quads full of drano - it'll make you HUGE!!! I promise Jay Cutler uses drano like 6x a day (when needed).

Not to mention you're only 20 years old. You're gonna fuck your body up bad. And for only 15lbs? You can hit 210lbs naturally really easy at your height.

Final note - I'd love to see vids of those lifts. No way you lift that at 20 years old and only 195lbs.

Halaylooya!! Perfectly said! He looks like a runner. I see guys like this everyday at the gym and they're not lifting the weight he said. He might be lifting it and if he is congrats but highly doubtful.

Dude, I was 183 and hit a 310 bench at 19 years old.

A year later I was pushing 365 at 193 at 10% bf. I hate it when I see people that doubt someone complely b/c of their size. I wasn't as lean as this guy, but I was still pushin it. I was 10% he is propably 7%, not much difference.

And no, I didn't make a video of my lift either b/c the only person who I could get to video my shit would be my training partner, and that would be kinda hard when he is spotting me with nearly 400lbs.

To be honest, 365 isn't even that much. Maybe to you, not to me. Lol.

If you've been weight lifting long enough, you should know that 365 isn't even that hard of a goal to acheive. I could have hit it when I was 19, had I had a decently structered diet and was consistent in the gym.

I'm not putting the guy down or nothing and the bench is the last thing I was doubting. It just looks like this guys body would snap with 460 on his shoulders.

When I was 17 at like 170lbs I was putting 345 up. And I know I'm a very strong person. Maybe he is too. I'm just saying he just doesn't look like he could push that weight. If he showed us a video I would be very impressed and be the first too apologize.

Its like that video of branch warren someone posted the other day of him doin 405 on incline like 6 times. That wasn't impressive at all to me cus I'm 211lbs with 10bf and I can do that almost 6 times.

Bottom line is I guess some people are just strong naturally. I know I am. And I'm sorry for doubting this guys lifts.

First off, the reason you are here is because you have already made the decision that this is something you want to do.

That is fine. You need neither anyone's approval nor consent to do what you have clearly already opted to do. I don't know why we have so many folks on this board who believe it is their 'duty' to tell you what you are ready to do.

So, I'll share my thoughts with you rather than try to tell you what you ought to do with your life.

First, I wouldn't use Prop for this cycle. You are making your life more complicated than it need be. As one of OP suggested, try a long ester like cyp or ent. Twice weekly injections on Monday and Thursday at 250 mg per pin will suffice.

Next, I'd recommend running the cycle for 12+ weeks. There are a couple of reasons I make this suggestion but I'll give you the most important one.

With a long ester, it will take 5-6 weeks to reach peek stable blood levels. So, if you run a 10 week cycle you only get 4-5 weeks of stable peek blood levels in which time to build some quality muscle.

Next, you mentioned you want to keep your lean look so what we are talking about is a lean bulk cycle.

Okay, I would suggest an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) - for this look back at my comments in your other thread. It really is very person-specific so you can start with a low dose and adjust upward if needed.

Also, HCG 2x weekly. I'd suggest you pin your HCG in the valleys of your blood levels each week. If you pin your long ester test on Mon/Thurs your valleys will be on Sunday and Tuesday. Again, 250 ius each pin is fine and should stave off any significant atrophy. It seems to do the trick for most folks.

Also, see my previous comments on your Winstrol. Two ways you could use it. If you insist on 10 weeks, it may be worthwhile for a kick start.

Finally, is there something magical about 10 weeks? Do you have to come off for some reason at the 10 week mark or is this just an arbitrary duration that you selected?

Also, as one of the OP mentioned, take a look at some of the post cycle therapy (pct) recommendations that are posted. I'd recommend a little tweaking to the 3 weeks Clomid. More than likely, it won't be enough to get your test levels back to normal stable levels.

wow bro, talk about getting the wrong message. No offense, but I honestly don't care how much he benches. That wasn't the point.

Point is, he isn't ready for steroids. I stand by what I said above. Also, the reason I even mentioned anything about videos is because a lot of newbs like to jump on forums and claim they lift solid weight because they think it'll make people give them better advice. Even if he posted videos right now I still wouldn't think he was ready.

The reason he isn't ready for steroids has NOTHING to do with how much he lifts.

PS - good for you for lifting that kinda weight. Seriously. Not many people actually can at 19ish at that weight. I remember playing with some D1 cornerbacks that couldn't lift that....although to be fair that was like 10+ years ago....
 
test prop huh i wouldnt be able to walk or move that stuff kills me i dont think you need the winni why so much prop though add some Sustanon (sust) or a basic enan or cyp to it adn maybe even drop the prop

OP - awesome numbers if they are accurate.

As for the juice, you got a great base to start from thats for sure. I agree you could possibly get to 210 natty, but youre pretty lean, so that may take a while if you stay at that BF%. Unfortunately, at 20 years old, you still got mad amounts of test running through your body so i would personally wait. But cashout is right, no one here can tell you what to do, just make suggestions. Since you are strong and have a good build, why add drugs? How about adding more food. You're so damn lean, you need to start eating a little dirty. Put down the tuna cans and eat a fucking burger... or seven. Food is how you get big, not drugs.

btw, not sure why Glub is so high strung. lol I think my asshole-ness has made the board a little on edge. Glub, you need a valium. :D

for RJH..doubting... picture from 2 years ago in highschool cleaning 285 for record at 18.. therefore i wouldnt see why you would doubt 315 2 years later.

And yes i agree i am going to just eat alot and see what i can do naturally because of my age..

calm down tough guy, did i say i doubted you? no. I said I'd like to see you clean 315 at your size. jesus. with that being said, anyone can post a picture with any weight at the end of a movement. Hell, i can push 495 of the rack, doesn't mean I can bench it. Thats why you got asked for video. You don't have to post it here, post it on youtube. Of course we don't know if even that is you. See what I'm getting at?

Anyway, back to whats important. Glad you're gonna try the natty approach. When you get to that plateua and try juice, you could have one sick build for sure.
 
haha yeah these threads annoy me after a while. especially when it's nearing nap time....I'm an old man who needs his naps or else I get cranky.

guess I'm still used to BB .com where 17 year old kids log on and claim they can squat 650lbs and deadlift 800lbs when they weigh like 140lbs.
