First Week Almost Completed - Dont Feel Anything.

Well, I did my 1st injection this past Sunday and my 2nd one yesterday. I had a lot of anxiety about giving myself a shot and that tunred out to be no big deal at all.

Funny thing is that I thought I would feel different somehow after having taken my injections. I don't know...a surge of strength or something the next day or so. At this point, nothing so far. I honestly feel no different then before.

Today I paniced a little and thought what if I got some bogus gear but, I delt with **** and I here they are good.

Honestly not sure what I'm expecting really since this is my first time out. I guess I was hoping to see some minor change somewhere. Just need to wait a little. See what gains, if any, I see around week 4 or so.

I'm concerned that I'm not eating enough though so I need to get a better handle on that.

Workouts are going good and I'm staying focused.

More to come as the days roll on.
 
your not going to feel anything at all til week 4-6

and your not going to see significant increase in weight or lifts til 6-8/usually
 
If you want answers we will need more info on what you are running.

Regardless of the fact, 1 week isn't long enough time to feel anything for almost every aas.
 
Nothing personal man but if you're expecting to feel anything in under a week and you're not on a short ester like prop you shouldn't be using gear
 
good lord have a little patience bro. the fact that you could even think you'd see something in the first week tells me you haven't done nearly enough research :/

U don't need to run gear either. Haven't even had 3 shots and think U should feel something?? Stick with creatine and aminos, that sounds more like Ur speed!! :Puke:
 
week 1-24 2-3 chicken breasts e3h
week 1-24 12 egg whites & 2 whole eggs ed
week 1-24 1.5cups oatmeal ed
week 1-24 3 sweet patatoes e2d
week 1-24 3 cups brown rice e2d

Combine the chicken/sweet potatoes or chicken/rice doses and take them together.
Take broccoli with the chicken/rice/potatoe doses.
Take 2 plus gals h20 ed.

The eggs and oatmeal should be taken at sunrise and split dose the sweet patatoes twice before 3pm at least 3 hours apart, alterating the patatoes and rice eod.
Add your fav creatine supplement, whey protien shake pre-workout, small gatoraid and whey protien post-workout, and casein protien powder at bedtime.
 
Just joking, give it time. Give it 4-5 weeks at least to feel. Dbol at 20-30mg for weeks 1-4 is common to help with the wait.

I know how it feels to be anxious and want to start feeling effects but I find the best thing you can do for the first month or so is to act like you're not on anything and just pump it out and work as hard as possible. Pretend you're not on anything. Keep the hunger and drive going as hard as possible. This way when it kicks in you really feel & notice a difference & appreciate the changes that begin soon after

be patient man hang in there and update this when you're feelin like a champ
