first week bulk pics running test/ tren

Inject igf-1 right into bicep? Its almost like I dont hold any fat in the bi and tri regoon, when I flex its rock solid, like I get a great pump when doing bis and tris but they are stubburn when it comes to growth, tried about evety which way, dif routine but cant seem to get them passed 16 1/2

Des-Igf-1 is the form of IGF-1 that causes site enhancement. It's usually injected about 5 to 10 minutes before a work out with a insulin needle into the muscle that's going to be trained. Honestly I would use it as more of a last result after a few dedicated years of different methods of trying to increase the biceps. It is a complicated procedure and I just named the very basics of it.

I know it can involve multiple injections into one muscle site to get even growth. And im not positive of how long it should be run. I just know what it does. Their are different peptides it can be combined with to that will make it's effect stronger. It's a interesting thing to read about. But like I said I would personally use it as more of a last resort type of thing. I also know some people claim hgh can cause site enhancement to or fat loss directly where its injected. But that is more of a rumor i haven't seen scientific evidence stating that it is true or false. But one thing is for sure i would much rather use DES IGF-1 than synthol.

Db curls 30lbs 10 reps, 3 sets
Db single arm preacher curls 30lbs 10 reps, 3 sets
Bb curls 70lbs 10 rep, 3 sets
Machine curls 40lbs 3 sets

Tri

Tri pushdowns 100lbs 3 sets
Skull crushers 80 pounds 3 sets
Db skull crushers 30lbs per arm 3 sets
Cable crossover tri pulldowns, 15lbs per side 3 sets

All tri sets are with 10 reps

here is my suggestions.

start off with barbell curls. use a weight that's challenging enough to get 10 good reps with GOOD form. don't use a weight that you're gonna swing your whole body to get the weight up. get 10 good reps and cheat out a few more, maybe 5 more, cheating meaning half-3/4 reps, or maybe just a little swing. those last few reps will really burn your bi's.

after that go into a hammer strength preacher curl. I usually do these with 1 arm at a time instead of holding the handle with both hands. It wont let your dominant arm take over the movement. use a weight that you can squeeze the bicep at the top of the rep, and go ALL THE WAY DOWN on the bottom of the rep. u know what this machine looks like?

after that I like a straight bar cable curl. use really good form, all the way down on the bottom of the rep and squeeze at the top of the rep. this movement really feels good for me.

I usually will also do one or two more machine curls and really flex my biceps

one tip for biceps and most curl motions. hold your arm out in front of you like you're about to do a curl motion. now take your other hand and feel your forearm. do the curl motion and notice how your wrist rolls forward/towards your head. feel that forearm flex? that's your forearm assisting in the curl motion. now try to roll your wrist backwards/towards your toes. do the curl motion and you wont feel that forearm flexing. you're using all bicep to curl that weight up. try doing some of your curls and emphasize rolling the wrist backwards and letting the bicep curl the weight. you're most likely do less weight, but that's okay.
 
for triceps I like close grip bench, pretty heavy. ill either do smith machine or regular barbell pressing for this.

also am a fan of hammer strength dip machine.

straight bar push downs and also rope pull downs.

dumbbell skull crushers.

overheard rope extensions also.
 
Good suggestions by gram ... Whenever you seem tp hit s plateau try adding in some drop sets, 21s, heavy negatives and other stuff like that to shock the muscle. Works wonders if you do it right

And gram thanks man will definitely give that a go, but he gym I am at is kinda basic so pretty much relie on free weights and cables not machines cause we dont have shit like the hammer strentth machine here, if anybody is canadian they know what they have a fit4less but its cheap as fuck 10 bucks a month fits my budget lolhopefully this blast ill put some size on my arms, already up 1/2 inch in a week, mostly probs due to water filing back up from my previous cut, but really trying to work on my form slow and lighter weight
I was before thinking of synthol but seen people on that and looks funny
 
I swear people at my work said I look a lot bigger as soon as I shaved my head and grew the muff out
And the looks I get at the gym like I am going to rip there heads off lol, kinda funny
 
bro its not so much about the exercise itself, it's moreso about doing it correctly. I prefer certain exercises because I feel them best. my lame ass training partner prefers other exercises(his form sucks anyway). find some movements that you really feel working and give those a try. you're on test and tren so don't worry about over training. do a lot of arm work and I bet they grow
 
Yea. But I'm willing to bet he's lacking the volume on his delt exercises. This is a good way to make sure he's blasting them..after his push movement

how tall are you? you look thin for having taken gear for such a long time. thought about hiring 3j? not trying to come off as an asshole either.
