So.....i Fucked Myself Last Night.....i've Has G-r-e-a-t Gains Thus Far, But I'm Not Satisfied W/my Trap Development. So I'm At The Gym Working Shoulders, And At The End My My Soulder And Back Workout I Always To Traps So I Can Hit Them 2x A Week. So I Have 495 On Total Weight That I Am Shrugging, And Got A Little To Excited About How Easy It Was To Pump Out 15 Reps. On My Last Set, I Went To Set The Bar Down, And Accidentally Let My Back Hunch Over A Little, And It Popped Very Loudly About 6 Times. I Think I Ripped/tore/pulled Something, Because I Ended Up In Er Thinking I Really Fuckedsomething Up. Turns Out It Was A Badly Pulled Muscle, And With The Flexoril, I Feel Much Better. The Problem Is, With The Flexoril, I Feel Good Enough To Workout Regularly, I.e. Chest, Legs For The Rest Of The Week, But I Am Afraid That With The Muscle Relaxer Hiding The Pain, I May Make It Worse. Suggestions???
