quick question? what is better fish oil or flaxseed oil .. i know each one has different omega's in it. but what one have u found worked better?

also what kinda Glutamine is best with peptides or L glut? and how nessasary is it?

oil: doesnt matter. i generally just do fish oil caps, and olive oil for macros. ground flaxseeds are good as well.

glutamine: i can see using it for immume system support, but dont expect a thing in terms of muscle gains.

The science says that fish oil wins, hands down. Take notice to the specific types of omega-3 oil contained within fish oil.

There is a supplement called Triple Omega 3-6-9, it's sold at Vitamin World. fish, flax, and borage oils. as far as I know it is the easyist way to do it

fish oil- concentrate enterically coated (cheap at costco)
Sesapure- Sesamin/episesamin
EGCG- from green tea (catechin)
Glucorell (R+ lipoic)

these 4 all strongly manipulate the PPAR system and are synergystic

flax oil is decent for fatty acids but does not have the metabolic impact of fish oil

OK i read the article and basically what it is saying is taking Glutamine is a waste of time. But did the artcile say that taking BCAA supplements was good or bad.
