Fuck me running my arms are 16 1/4 now. Not that big but I have been stuck at 16 inches for well over 6-8 months. I have been supersetting tri's and bi's and I am sure the EQ is helping. Ahh precious inches,lol. 2 weeks left of the EQ BTW.
