what can I eat every day to pack on some weight? high calorie foods
stats 170pds. 5'8'' 24yrs old my goal is to be 200pds. in 3 months
with the help of my 3rd cycle but need some examples of what I should be eating for my meals. B-fast, lunch, dinner, 4th, 5th etc.

Meat.... If you like meat as much as I do you will love it. Steaks, ground beef, etc. That's mainly all I eat when I am bulking. I eat other foods but I have to watch my carbs b/c they make me gain a lot more fat when I combine with a high intake of meat due to the high fat content in most meat products.
 
can someone just tell me what to eat everyday for breakfast, lunch, dinner, 4th meal, 5th meal, etc. to really pack on weight . I will follow the meals to the T since you are all experts. Im 170lbs. 5'8'' 24yrs old and my goal is to be 200lbs in 3 months! Im not always near a kitchen because I work from 7 to 3 so for 2 meals I eat out the rest I make.

It may be a little difficult to add 30 lbs in 3 months without the use of gear. If you do a search on this subject you will find your answer, you have to research things before you get answers from people so you understand everything about your body and a search will give you a wide array of options, probably a lot better than the answers you will get from starting a thread.
When you get a better idea of what foods would best push you into the direction you want, pm me and I will help you put a meal plan together. Ex: Meat, Eggs, Chicken, tuna, and some fruit are what I like to have to eat when I am actually following my diet correctly. Specific meals for specific goals.
Eat frequently (5-7 times a day) and keep a log of what you are eating so you can give examples and people will be able to adjust your diet correctly. Just do a little research and you will be able to figure things out probably.
 
well here is what I eat now a breakfast sandwhich for breakfast a cheesesteak or burger for lunch ground beef for dinner 2 serv of mac and cheese , a PB and J sandwhich can of tuna and a few muscle milk shakes (3). now can you point me the right direction for what to eat to bulk up. Or I can follow schwarzenegger's level 1.2.3 for gaining weight from his encylopedia of modern bodybuilding.
