Here is my diet:

Morning: jog
Breakfast: Low carb tortilla with 1/2 cup of egg beater
Snack: Piece of fruit
Lunch: half turkey sandwich/ one piece of whole wheat bread and boca burger
Snack: Lunch meat
Dinner: Fish/chicken with veggies, shirataki noodles which have 2 carbs and 20 calories.

A couple hours after dinner jog/walk/jump rope in intervals
 
I drink water all day, occasionally I will have a green hot tea or a cup of coffee. I have been on this eating regimen for a couple of weeks. Sometimes I eat something not so good for me on the weekend. I thought to lose weight you had to eat less calories than you burn. Please help me!
 
I know how to workout, but I'm scared certain exercises will bulk me up. My main problem areas are my ass and legs. I would say I am like a pear shape, when I should be like an hour glass. If you could give me some advise on some exercises to target those area and shrink them. Thanks!

Its true, but once you go too far under what your body needs it holds on to fat because it thinks its starving.

What does your weekly workout routine look like.?

If you are trying to shrink your lower body parts, you should focus on compound movies; lunges, squats work great. And you also need to mix cardio in a few times a week.

Your not eating very many carbs so I would try to drop them out for awhile. If your serious about loosing 30 lbs in 8 weeeks you should look into ketosis diet.

Here is a day of my diet, I have lost about 15lbs in 6 weeks.

Meal 1 - 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, 2 pieces turkey bacon, 15g. chedder cheese.

Meal 2 - 5oz. shrimp, 3 romaine leaves, olive oil, spices

Meal 3- 4oz. beef filet, 1 oz. almonds

Meal 4- (PWO) 1 scoop WheyToBuild protein

Meal 5- 5 oz chicken breast, 1Tbls. olive oil, sambal

Meal 6- 1/2 scoop WheyToBuild 1/2 scoop Casein, 1 Tbls. almond butter

I drink about 1 gal of water a day and one cup of coffee
 
I have some protein powder called spiru-tein, its tri part protein rice, pea, & soy. It has 99 calories, 11 carb, and 14 protein. Is that okay protein shake to have?
 
I wake up around 9 in the morning, go for a jog, then eat some breakfast. After that I really don't do anything, household stuff. Cook dinner, wait several hours and get on the tread mill, jump rope. Then go to bed.
 
The only reason I asked about that protein is because I already have it. I don't want to throw it away, but when I'm done I will buy the whey. I am going to buy the casein protein powder today.

You should start lifting or at least doing the body weight exercises. Because you may loose weight with cardio but, you need weight training to change your body SHAPE.

First thing is to start eating more and more often.

For your weight you could easily take in 2000 cals.
 
I have rubber bands and thought to do inner,outer, quad, and hamstrings with them. And of course doing lunges and squats. How many days do I do that, cause I heard you need to give those muscles several days off. If you could give me an idea of how to layout a week schedule, I would really appreciate it.
