For Lunch or Dinner?

Spaghetti with tomato & mince meat sauce.

Do I eat this for lunch? Carbs in spaghetti
or for Dinner? loads of protein in the meat

It's extra lean turkey meat and I'm on a bulking cycle, but was told not to eat many carbs towards the end of the day.
 
I usually make lunch my highest carb meal of the day because I workout about 3 hours after lunch. My dinner is usually high protein/low carbs and my main source of carbs are green vegetables such as steamed broccolli or grilled asparagus. This schedule works for me because it allows me to bulk up yet stay fairly lean. I do not eat anything after 8pm, but I have a huge high protein high fat breakfast and I consistently eat high protein foods throughout the day. This type of schedule has worked incredibly well for me.
 
That would be high fat/high carbs---eggs, ham, sausage, lean canadian bacon, cheese, Highfat/high protein---I eat a lot of eggs, some meat and alot of dairy for breakfast.
