See the light
I've noticed recently that my forearms are in lots of pain after my chest and shoulders workout.
Here is my split:
Day 1: Chest/Shoulders
Day 2: Back
Day 3: off
Day 4: Arms
Day 5: Legs
Day 6/7: off
Doing arms also hurts but by the time chest day rolls around they are normal again and fine, but after my workout they are screwed. It hurts to lather the shampoo in my hair...
Any suggestions?
My chest/shoulder workout is like this:
BB Bench 2 x 5
Decline Bench 2 x 10
Lateral Raise 2 x 10
Bent-over Laterals 2 x 10
So it's not like I'm doing too much volume. I'm thinking of taking some time off and maybe doing a "slack" week.
Just wondering if wraps or something else would help me.
