Forearm Pain

See the light
I've noticed recently that my forearms are in lots of pain after my chest and shoulders workout.

Here is my split:

Day 1: Chest/Shoulders
Day 2: Back
Day 3: off
Day 4: Arms
Day 5: Legs
Day 6/7: off

Doing arms also hurts but by the time chest day rolls around they are normal again and fine, but after my workout they are screwed. It hurts to lather the shampoo in my hair...
Any suggestions?

My chest/shoulder workout is like this:

BB Bench 2 x 5
Decline Bench 2 x 10
Lateral Raise 2 x 10
Bent-over Laterals 2 x 10

So it's not like I'm doing too much volume. I'm thinking of taking some time off and maybe doing a "slack" week.
Just wondering if wraps or something else would help me.
 
sounds like some tendonitis. Take some fish oil, MSM , glucosomine sulfate, and apply icy hot daily. I like to wear wraps on my elbows when this happens. But this finally stoped once i learned to take some time off when i was overtrained.


Also stay away from skull crushers and if u must do them do them in the 20 rep range

Wrap your forearms it should help. I have that same prob
 
Funny thing is skull crushers don't hurt. Bicep curls with a cambered bar kill to the point that when I'm done I can barely let go of the bar...
I'll try adding the MSN and Glucosamine. I already take the fish oils ;)
I just find it weird that it happens on my chest day. I would understand all my other days but not chest...
I think I'll have a slack week and try to really take care of myself, then hopefully come back next week and be good to go!

Exact situation for me Skull Crushers no prob / Bicep curls Cambered bar and staright bar hurt. I swithed to Dumbells and it does not hurt.
 
DB's even hurt me. I just think I need some time off. Sucks but it's better than being injured!
