Forearm Qustion

my forearms are really small compared to the rest of my body. I was wonder how often u guys work ur forearms and how many sets???
 
I work my forearms once a week. Usually I do barbell wrist curls, reverse wrist curls and thats really it. Do them as heavy as possible.
 
I used to do forearm exercises but to be honest I didnt notice them doing much. I think that as long as you are going heavy on all of your movements that your forearms will get a good enough workout.
 
I've noticed hammer curls and pull-up/chin-up (with palms facing away from you) static- holds strengthened mine a lot.
 
I sit at the edge of the bench with a barbell and do the half curl with my wrists hanging off the edge of the seat....It RIPS my forearms...its actully burns.

ANd U dont even have to go that heavy....
