Fried Sautéed Duck Hearts

Has anyone tried it? Decided to be adventurous... went to this one restaurant with a few buddies, dont remember the name of the place, was in milwaukee and had some crazy foreign look to it. The waiter suggested it, and hell yeah i was up for the challenge.

End result... SHIT WAS AMAZING! I know a few stores sell it. But if you get the chance or want to try something, eat that. It tastes exactly like chicken... except a little more firmer.

You know bro....I will trust you on that experience, and sit this one out. lol, I eat muscle but organs are another thing.
