im trying to tone up and honestly im clueless when it comes to this... im looking for diet and workout advice... my physical exercise consists of running 2-3 times a week... i dont eat much and when i do, my diet is horrible (no protein, no carbs)... this needs to change...

:kiss2: well atleast you are wanting to make changes,thats what counts.
i use to be clueless and loved pizza and sweets all the time,
but several years on im a personal trainer,you will get there.
