Hello guys .. as the title ....
They are 1.80 m high and weighing 187.39 lbs 11% bf ... and I wanted to arrive by summer, at 7% bf trying to keep the same weight ..
I follow an exercise program designed for me by an IFBB pro, cardio 20-30 minutes after the weights and the following power:
meal 1: 4 egg whites, 70g of homemade bread with 2 teaspoons of homemade jam
meal 2: 200g fruit (kiwi, apple, orange or banana)
meal 3: 100g rice, 200g meat, 100g spinach, 100g of fennel
meal 4: 200g of fruit, 30g of protein powder
meal 5: 50g rice, 200g of fish, 100g spinach, 100g of fennel
Saturday and Sunday I eat whatever I want, pizza, beer and some junk food, since the calories are pretty low of the week. In two months I went from 15% bf to 11% to 216.05 lbs to 187.39 lbs.
I am currently integrating with Tight! Extreme SAN, fabulous product that has changed my body proportion and is giving me very much energy during workouts!
I follow a cycle of 40 days to 1 tablet a day (the dose for me), followed by 40 days to stop, and resume for another 40, before the summer ..
Many who go to my gym, I was advised to supplement with 600mg of potassium chloride. They told me it is a great supplement to improve body proportions, as it brings water into the muscles and expels the excess water, thus giving a more defined and dry. My personal trainer recommended 600mg every other day for 40 days off from Tight! Extreme ..
What do you think? It can be a great help for my goal? Can I increase the dosage? Is it worth it? I can see the veins in sight on my abs?
What do you think of Diet? I would not stall ..
