From Deca?

Hey everyone.

Been on 400 mg test cyp. 200 mg deca for several weeks. Good gains, but I have had minor sides. Nothing major. Sex drive a bit down, but not much. After reading about deca I thought of backing off and eventually just use test for awhile by itself.

My question is this. Its been two weeks since I backed the dose down to 100 mg of deca and my joints are killing me!! My shoulders and elbows are screaming to the point it makes it tough to lift. I left the test at 400 mg so that has not changed. Training schedule is also the same. Only thing I've changed is deca dosage from 200 to 100.

Would that make this much difference? Doesn't seem like that much of a change to bring about this much pain. I was wanting to up the test at some point, but I'm not sure if that is wise. Any thoughts?

Everytime my joints start to hurt the only thing that helps is deca. In your situtation I don't think that lowering your deca dosage from 200mg to 100mg changed anything. I think it has more of a natural nature.. like overtraining for example.

My advice is to UP your deca dosage to at least 400mg/week.. deca is not that strong.. IMO anything less than that is a waste. If you're concerned about your sex drive throw in some proviron, 25mg/day should do it nicely.

I agree with BONZ. Up the Deca to 400 a week. Anything less than that is trivial. And to answer your question. Yes, the lowering to 100 mg, which is a dose some females take, can make that big a difference. If you think your joints hurt now. Wait till you try Dbol without Deca. You'll be begging for Deca then. Up it you be very pleased with the effects.
 
Bonz, xandar thanks for the reply. You're right, the low dose is a waste. I was wanting to remove deca for awhile and just run higher test and see what happened, but I may need to keep deca in the mix. My joints just throb.

I'm with bonz, I dont think lowering it that way would make that big if a difference with your joints, I also agree about bumping it up, at least 300-400mg to make it even worth doing
