Fruit juice on low carb

NO/very low carb diet- than having some fruit juice
before and after a workout for an insulin spike along w/whey...what do you think
 
Either way on a carb depleted diet such as CKD fruit juice will definatley throw you out or keep you out of ketosis , defeats the purpose, if you still want to take in carbs post or pre WO then look up some info on a TKD diet.
 
if your going ketosis then NO carbs. otherwise NO fructose, it replinshed liver glycogen stores before muscle cells. as Sparkly said, dextrose is best.
 
Don't eat simple carbs like juice prior to your workout. Your body will then burn off the juice rather than your fat you wanted to burn. Your blood sugar will also crash halfway through your workout leaving you exhausted. Eat a low glycemic, complex carb prior to training for the best continuous energy followed by a high glycemic carb emmidiatly post work out.
 
I have a good amount of energy for workouts eating apples or oranges with some good protein and fats beforehand, but NOT while low-carb dieting. No way.
