I like to fry my chicken or steak in a frying pan using just a tiny drop of olive oil. I do this sometimes when I havent got a supply of ready baked chicken breasts. Does frying the meat produce more fat?
PS Frying pan is english for the american 'Skillet', I think?
PPS Is frying 'Broiling' in the states too?
PPPS Im a confused Brit:D

broiling is using no fat, its a form of "fast" baking under very high temperatures.
yes adding fat to cook your meats in is going to increase the fat consumption. as long as its olive oil and small amounts you should be ok. olive oil is a source of EFA's dont forget!
