What were you using prior to the test?

I haven't done a steroid cycle in 3 years, I've just been on straight testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with Testim for 8 months, that's it! I want to get my wife pregnant, therefore I need to increase my LH and FSH levels to increase sperm production. Should I lay off of the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for awhile and start Clomid? How long should I take the Clomid before getting another blood test?

Or should I continue with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and take Clomid at the same time?

That is kind of nuts. I'm guessing you got shut down hard and were never able to recover because of the trt. If it were me I would get off the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) when you start clomid and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) (hmg would probably be better). I think the drugs have more chance of helping you recover your sperm if you are off the stuff that's causing suppression.
