OKAY just pinned my quad ..I aspirate ..no blood came up..couple hours later
..and my quads r warm n the area is SWOLEn....wtf to do!! I always clean my site two to three times before. Pinning

Swollen, hot and maybe discoloured? Doctor man. If its bad enough why not be safe rather than sorry? Doubt you're going to get much more helpful advice here. Doctor! Good luck.

give it a couple days bro. Should see the swelling go down etc. Youll be fine. Hold off on the doc unless after a couple days it doesnt improve

NOTHING pops up in a couple hours. Unless you injected Ebola or some shit.
Normal bacterial infection like the others said will take days. You could have contracted ur quad er some shit causing trauma.

Try and stick to glutes quads for some people are painful. Warming and swelling could be virgin muscle it happens to me even when I start a new cycle then I get use to it

First you need to calm down. Second keep an eye on it and watch for streaking of any kind in the next few days. You should be ok. I bet you moved the needle around in there to much and caused some unnecessary tearing... body is just trying to heal itself... If it doesn't get better in a few days have it looked at.

49er is right.. Ur ass is an easier place to inject.

This is not right. Regular PIP is at its worst 2 days post inject. Then subsides at day 5. Although, PIP doesn't usually cause a lot of swelling or redness, it does cause a little of both. It just hurts like a mofo. Sometimes you get pip and sometimes you don't. I mostly use pharm grade and I even get pip with that on occasion. Could be bad technique, going too deep, or too shallow.

ya man it happened to me my first few times and I freaked out for no reason....was gone within a week...it was slightly red warm etc it goes away...if its longer then a week, then worry
