What do you guys think of working out the full body three times per week? I am going to start lifting two lifts per body part three days a week. I am thinking that this will be good since I am always shocking the muscle. As long as I do it from different angles and continue to hit it hard. Example Day 1-Flat Bench with Flyes. Day 2-Incline Bench with INcline Flyes. THen day 3-Decline bench with decline flyes or maybe even flat DB bench and DB Incline bench. What do you guys think? I have reading up on this and it seems that some people are changing to this type of routine.
