8:00- Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, English Muffin with Peanut Butter, Oatmeal,3-4 Amino Acids
Whey Protein Shake 23g Protein (w/ glutamine)
Creatine (w/water)

9:30 Workout
10:45 Whey Protein(23g Pro) (w/dextrose)
1:00 Two tuna salad sandwiches on wheat, salad, 3-4 amino acids, regular yogurt

4:00 Whey protein (23g Pro)

7:00 Can tuna, 1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil

10:00 2-3 chicken breasts, salad, regular yogurt

12:00 Whey Protein Shake (w/milk)
1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil
Cottage cheese

Look better Fyre???

You're trying to bulk right? You need to add even more food in there hun. 4:00pm and 7pm meal could use some more calories. Are you making the 4:00pm shake with milk? That's a 10:00pm meal right? I'd switch that with the 7:00pm meal. Are you going to have both a whey shake and cottage cheese before bed? You don't need to have both. I suppose you could though, especially cuz you're trying to bulk. To bulk, we need more calories. It certainly is a lot better than you're first meal plan. Good job :)
Did you try that diet yesterday or are you going to give it a shot tomorrow? Let me know if you're still hungry, then we can add some more food in!:D

TRIED IT TODAY, DEFINATELY NOT HUNGRY BUT IF I NEED MORE CALORIES I WILL MAKE ROOM
WHAT KIND OF FOODS DO YOU THINKS I SHOULD THROW IN HERE???
 
Okay well, if you're not hungry then we'll stick to that for a bit. I would maybe make that 4:00pm shake with some milk and peanut butter to add more calories. An awesome recipe for a protein shake is 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein, some skim milk, two tablespoons of natty peanut butter and a banana. Throw in some icecubes so it's nice and cold and blend it up. Yummy! :yumyum:
